Just want to let out my furstration, things are going on smoothly but maybe impatient on my end...spoken to some of my friends who had rebuild their house, they said that the structure works seems fast despite constant raining for the past 3 month+...maybe i'm over excited about my new home... Demolition 1st Level Mezzanine 2nd Level Concurrently running wiring & waiting for the attic to be formed than the Roofing...

The materials that he shown me is wood materials,Don't think is it Aluminium, will check with him again tomorrow. Thanks

Thank you KS toh, But my builder recommend artificial plant/grass for the vertical wall. Easy Maintenance.

It is a china lift, with 1 year warranty yes 700k including the glass structure.

Thank you fish. Yes a full glass lift will be build but only 4+1 will be staying...never stay in a landed house before, it is so excited seeing it building from scratch.

So far so good...quite responsible & works are done ahead of the forecast schedule...but got to see the end products...

Kind of piss off with the weather, everything went smoothly than HEAVY RAIN......my "swimming pool" is built...was notify that it will delay due to raining, as they need to pump out the water & had been digging & clearing the water for the past few days,as couldn't lay bricks stone on soft soil...

The size of my house is abt 19++square feet. Interior still discussing on the materials as the difference is quiet huge, i think you can consult my builder- as far so good. PM me if you want his phone no.

700k,including Architect & all testing works + doors,glass,stairs,wall,floor,aircon,electrical,water- basically everything. Except interior design works like cabinets,Lights,toliet bowl etc. Builder currently ok, had been updating me daily on the progress and been doing other works as plenty time wasted waiting for the authorities to approved the application.

It is for the authorities to monitor the noise level.

Just received the proposed drawings from my builder. Only word to describe...WOW...

After meeting with URA officer , they had Finally approved my application My journey moves on.........

5-6 days of work done, Mmm.. i can say everything is in progress, as waiting for the approval for the amendment from URA/BCA. My builders had advise next week the whole structure will be flatted and after which they would start doing the sewage and preparation of the foundation works and Anti Termites Treatment while waiting for the Approval...Sad but somehow still hopeful......

Bought it 6 months ago @ 2.1M. Located at Sembawang Hill Estate.

About 700k,including Architect & all Professional fees but excluding interior furnishing.
