i got mine frm Lookz at Balestier together with other bathroom accessories. Got the Ariston 30L storage heater at $230. You will need one for the house. and for the piping you need to check with the designer u engage i believe diff designer or contractor gives diff advises... hope these info helps...

Hi Ronin, my bf initially wanted to buy those stuff as well but due to the size of the house we cant put in any multistation gym or whatever exercise stuff which im not sure what its called so the only thing that we will be installing is the chin up bar...(hmm im not into all this so it doesnt really matter...hehehe !! )

Hi Zincy With regards to electricity im not too sure some ppl say yes it will but some say it will not ... but i got the higher BTU coz i do not want the aircon to spoil easily... and fm our dsigner experience as long as the aircon does not overwork chances of the aircon leaking or faulty will be lower.... depnds on individual actually

Hi ... We hacked the wall too....and we installed a single unit 18000 BTU & for living room single unit $24000 BTU(yet to install) coz frm the research that we did (not sure if correct) the aircon usually sucks in the air from the surrounding first then releases the cool air therefore getting a higher BTU will not overwork the aircon or fan coil which will result in leaking or spoilt easily. And it will be faster and cooler. pls correct me if im wrong...thks!!

Hi Tris Ya we did a quote frm them b4...in our opinion not really cheap...coz they work only husband and wife if im not wrong so they charge for every labour charge and the overall quote is not cheap...they dun have a proper showroom or office so 'fear' is also one of the reason we didnt engage them...tats how we decide to engage our current designer...but bothof them are very very nice...we felt kinda bad turning them down...again its abt being ocmfortable wit the ppl we engage...

we started sourcing for ID before collecting keys...so that reno cld start as soon as keys collected. and now i cant wait for the reno to complete... anyway the PE fees is $450 for the L shape wall...not sure if its a good rate...or normal rate.
