Some quick update on our renovation progress..... Was abit surprise that one of my gf's dad worker came to work for painting today... 1. Painting for all bedrooms are completed. (Photo will come later when protective covers are removed... ) 2. Painting in progress for living/dining area not yet done.... they are painting ceiling today..... expected to complete on Wednesday. 3. The windows grill lady and guy came to take measurement today... hmm... when I told them the design we wanted, they suggested that we change to another design, that is horizontal one only because our windows is small?? Design we wanted: Suggested Design: Anyway, was told that the downlight we wanted is out of stock... Got to wait until March then the stock will come.... Not only that, most likely our carpentry will not start until early march as well.... because the carpentry guy still got another major project going on..... can't do us first.... haiz...

Haha... think trunking thru the toilet is the only way to avoid messy layout in my master bedroom lor.... Oh.... how's yr painting going on? completed liao??

haha... they are discussing on Monday how to run the trunking... to run trunking thru toilet takes alot of time and effort, plus not an easy task.... guess that most of the installers will choose the easy way... chop chop finish.... wondering how our 4th floor neighbour does their trunking.... they are pretty fast.... but hor... haha... they did something illegal for their kitchen base....

Hmm... is sad and disappointed to have such an inconsiderate neighbour.... If talking does not help, think you got no choice, but to report it to the police everytime the "Elephant" make noise... Or maybe you can report this to the media?? Just a personal opinion...

Yeah!! Finally our false ceiling is up... Hmm... not bad lor... not too low after having the false ceiling.... Oh ya... we will be installing x18 downlights and one hanging lamp for both living and dining area.... First layer of painting is done.... hmm... how many layers left to paint ar?? False ceiling fixed up.... hehe.. interesting discovery... one of the HHS hole is covered up.... Dun have extra budget to build feature wall just to hide the HHS.... Tins of paint.... More to come! Whole unit flooring is being covered... wow... protective cover is nicely put.... Interesting find... whose pants and bag is that?? Ok lah.... that's about all I got to share with you guys liao....

Kitchen Base Right Side.... Drainage pipe extension being boxed up.... For the Tap Relocation for washing machine.... What can I do to hide that pipe??

Hi Folks! I'm so sorry that I'm not able to take any photo recently. Been working until quite late and even though, I make it a point to visit my house after work... already quite late and quite dark... so not able to take any photo with my handphone.... Anyway... at last... I bring along my camera... and went straight after with my gf to our new house... wow... the process of renovation is pretty on track... and so far so good... Ok... enough of words... pictures now... hmm... let me start off with my aircon trunking layout.. haha.. guess that alot of people would like to see how my aircon trunking will be.... But before that, I'm quite happy that it goes well... and looks nice... must thanks my gf's dad and his friends for the good work done. They spent quite a long time doing the trunking. The installtion is being break down into 4 sections... on monday, they came down to review it and discuss where and how the trunking will be lay out.... Yesterday, they installed the trunking... today, they patch up the work.... and last, the final installation of the unit will be until all the painting works are done... Now for the pictures..... sorry again.. not very well taken.... Master Bed room Trunking..... Aircon unit will be placed over the toilet door.... MBR: Boxed up trunking under the beam.....
