Ya... we don't expect it will turn out to be such a big issue.... guessed that our BSC also got alot of complains from other owners..... anyway, our TO is a very nice lady.... if we got problem she will respond very quickly one... that's good... unlike our BSC.... it sucks.... Hmm.. not sure if all the BSC are like ours.... BunBun... what about yr BSC last time??

Got a reply from my Technical In Charge, she keep apologise to us for the trouble caused by their BSC and contractor... She had asked their bosses to issue warning to the staff at BSC and contractors liao and make them submit a full report regarding this matter.... Today, my gf went to see them and once she stepped into the BSC, one guy told her.. "Your husband sent an email to complain ar... now got to write report... " Hmm... think we both feel abit embarrassed but no choice lor.... if we did not complain to their management, nothing seems to work... and BSC always like to take things for granted.... Anyway, all parties had an agreement. HDB will replace the newly replaced window to match the colour tone of the original windows... if they cannot find it, they will replace all windows for us in 2 weeks time... no more no less...... In addition, they also promised that they will not make the same mistakes and BSC head also apologise to us.... Haiz.... if things can be done properly in the first place.... such thing will not happen one lor.... well... we shall see if BSC learn from its mistake or not......

err... I thought battery powered is most common one?? hehe... currently using battery powered... abit troublesome... cos need to change it.... and somemore using those "C" type battery.... need 8 of them... I told my FIL to get us a electricity powered one...

Like what ckoonyin told me.... he got see the wording like "tempered" on the windows... but mine dun have wor.... hmm... if really found that our windows are not tempered glass.... think this time round... the builder who design and build our blocks will be in deep trouble.....

Need to ask you all. For our full height window in our living room. The bottom row of the window panels is tempered glass type? If yes, how do we know if the window is tempered glass type?? !!

Ask you all ar.... do you notice that there is some sort of logo at the top right corner on the glass panel in your living room? What's the logo about? and can it be removed??

Hmm... I also not sure. Maybe because the buzzer comes with two type... One powered with batteries and the other with electricity... so maybe that is why HDB did not install the buzzer..

Wow... hmm.... oh my god.... dunno why they always take so long to fix something ar? hehe... same as you... only apply water and electricity few days before renovation going to start.... haha.. why should we let the HDB and its contractor used water and electricity for free ar....

Haiz... haha... got hold of some of the HDB higher management phone numbers and email.... will begin shooting after I got the reply from my Technical In Charge... If not happy with their reply, then will email their CEO... haha... we also lor... at first dun want to do window grills but also got scolding from both of our parents... so no choice, got to do.... hehe.. no worries... I won't mind lah.... maybe I can ask my gf's dad for the window grill contact and PM you once I got it...

Haiz... after hearing what Irvin told me... I went to my house to look at the window again.... yes... if we look harder, can notice that the window is of different colour. The replaced window looks clearer and brighter as compared to the rest of the windows... Haiz... how come I never see the difference on the spot... :dancingqueen: Haiz... dunno what to do next... had wrote an email to the technical in charge... hmm... think she will ask the BSC staff to liaise with me again... I hate it so much! coz the BSC will take their own sweet time again... But hor, the replaced window looks good.... dunno can ask them they replace all windows to this type or not.... Not sure about the handle.... cos I never change any handles....

Yup... you are right... can see ar... hmm... if using our naked eyes.... no difference wor... but from photo can see quite clearly which window is being replaced..... dunno why..... hmm... ya.. someone did say that... Anyway, I think the procedure will be complex and it will take a long time.... But I think so far, no one has ever claim conservancy charges from them.... anyone?

hmm.... never realise that my Daikin Non-Inverter System 3 Aircon also got three ticks wor.... thought non-inverter aircon normally got two ticks only... hehe... blur me... The sticker with 3 Ticks... Ya lor.... the BSC really need to work harder..... haha... with the Window replaced... my defects rectification is completed... hmm... after 2 months.... I think so... lost count liao...

After waited for more than a month, BSC finally sent their window Contractor to replace my window glass panel. I shall not repeat the incident happened on Friday with regards to my window panel. If anyone interested, pls see the message I posted in Hello To All Jurong West St93 Neighbours thread. Totally disappointed with the Jurong West N9 C14 BSC staff and their contractors. Anyway, the window contractor, named Alan finally called my fiancée to confirm that he will come to my house to replace the window panel at 1.30pm today. Ok, he was late for about 20 mins, which is still ok and was quite satisfied with his skill of removing and installing the window panel. All he takes is 10 mins and everything is done... Hehe.. anyone managed to see which window panel is being replaced?? haha... guess correctly got prize wor... hehe.. just joking.... Toilet Accessories fitting.... our simple toilet paper holder... from Italy.... icic... hmm.... ok.. hehe... will pray for you... hope that Sat is a sunny day.... hmm... just relax abit lor.... but seriously speaking.... renovation is really a stressful task.... think both me and my gf got more white hair than before liao....
