Hi guys... for those using citygas, are we allow to install the hose from the extended pipe to our hob (cooker) ourselves or we need the citygas guy come to our house personally to install it??

While waiting for the delivery men to come.... happen to see one curtain man walk past my house... and he asked me if I wanted to do curtains or not.... Well... I let him in and he took some measurement and let me take a look at some samples.... When we talk about $$$.... wow.... he told me that overall, it will cost me $2300+ for one day and night curtain **** room and the rest using roman blind.... is it expensive?? cos the most expensive quote I got is $1700+ only wor.... hehe.. I told him that I will call him again.... Anyway, the delivery men came at around 6.25pm.... not bad... they are on time.... My "3 ticks" LG fridge.... hehe... is really a big fridge... more than enough for we two.... hehe.. got the same fridge as ckoonyin ar.... All doors opened.... Another view.... Samsung 9KG washing machine.... it's also huge..... hmm... the delivery man asked me if I wanna change the water hose to another kind for the washing machine... he claimed that with it, the water will not drip.... anyway, told him that I'm not interested... since that hose looks abit old to me... dunno where he took from.... and it cost $6.... guessed that nowadays, those delivery men sure know how to earn extra pocket money....

Finally.... all carpentry works is completed!! Another tiring day for me yet again.... cleaning the kitchen once again.... preparing for my Fridge and washing machine to be delivered today.... Hey ckoonyin, I bought one cleaning liquid just for parquet one..... it claims that the liquid will make the parquet shiny... but hor after using it.... never shine.... but end up floor like very slippy wor....

Haha.... ya hor... last time missysg said that she wanna conduct free lesson for those MJ newbies... hmm.... BBQ pit is a good idea... ya... we also quite worried that the foreign workers will be the one using the BBQ pit afterall.... Hi bengkuan, with regards to re-painting issues. I did email to West Coast TC few months back and the reply I got is that, they will start the re-painting works and repairs for our blocks only in year 2009 because of their cycles plan. Personally, I feel that even though our blocks are relatively new, but is a bit run down and dirty. Haha.. I will email to LTA to request for a overhead bridge at the main road for residents living in Blk 988a,b,c....

More updates.... My 3 meter long TV console...... Our two side identical "Fengshui" Divider and Display Unit.... Our heater is connected to the heater switch... hehe... can bath at our house next time liao.... Finally... off topic pic.... hehe.... saw my neighbour, the husband, washing and hanging their soft toys to dry...

Hi popeye gal, hmm... the BSC mishandled my window case... It took about a month to replace the window... but the replaced window is of different colour tone.. so it took another 1 week for them to replace it again.. hehe... no worries... cos I happened to click on yr link and found out that the link is not working... Hi NiVleK, how much you bought for yr hob??

Some more updates..... Our 90% completed wardrobe... carpentry uncle haven install the sliding mirror.... Master bedroom..... Guest room.... Opps.... I'm late liao.... Meeting my gf to go down to the bridal shop to select our wedding gowns and suit... haha... very late liao... will post more pic....

Yoyo!! hehe.. sorry for not posting the pics yesterday night... went home quite late liao... and very tiring also.... too lazy to switch on laptop... Okok... rem that I did say I will post our dining lamp and downlights once installed... yup... as of yesterday... all downlights and dining lamp are installed... oh ya... got one downlight tube blown... so need to wait for replacement... but still ok lah... nothing serious... Downlight Used... "Hanging Globe" Lighting for dining area.... (Switched OFF) (Switched ON) Hmm.... it came with cool white bulb... think we should change the bulb to yellow colour.... which one looks nicer?? Finally.... partial view of living room with downlights switched on and off. Photo taken in the morning.... Hmm... it looks differently during day and night... hehe... it looks great at night.... Got a total of 14 downlights in living and another 4 at dining area... The switches can control which rows of downlight we like to switch on.... haha.. in that way can save abit of $$$ on electricity... 2 rows of downlights are bright enough at night....
