Hmm.. let me recall.... ya.. we registered ourselves on the National Day... think still got few days to go before closing date... HDB July Balloting Exercise Balloting Confirmation Yeah! We got our queue number... And yes.... Finally... we got our keys on 18th December 2007!! haha.. can't show u guys the black key holder photo given by HDB cos we already took out all the keys and put them on our favorite key chains....

Quite true lor... haha.. my turn to be fainted next week.... We will be doing a built in waredrobe for bedroom 2... hopefully it can cover up as much trunking as possible.. No choice lor... nothing much we can do also.... haha.. blame it on the Designer for our block... How can he/she design the layout until like that...

Hi irvin, think is due to our house bedroom structure lor... most likely my trunking & piping will be more or less the same as u.... hehe... since we have the same bedroom layout... That time the aircon man came to our house to look... he did mention that it will be tough to do a nice nice trunking and piping layout for my house.... my bedroom 2 will be the ugliest among three bedroom... though bedroom 3 will be the nicest.... Will post photo once mine is done next week....

icic... for my case, I waited for 3 weeks for them to take measurement for one of my windows, but recently we called them, was so shocked that they told us they not yet take the measurement wor.... but because of CNY... then no choice lor.... At first they told me they will take the measurement before CNY... then take 1 week to install the window.... but now.. so late liao.... haiz... so difficult to take measurement meh?? need so much time...

Hey applefreak, can claim our S&CC if they exceeded the deadline? But hor.. din heard before we can do that wor... hehe.. they exceeded about few weeks liao.... close to a month... hmm....

Hmm... premium flat also got good thing lah... at least you don't have to spend $$$ on doing the tiles wor.... which will cost even more... For my case... hehe.. heng heng.... no hollow tiles in living and dining area... Hmm... we will be doing alot of carpentry works wor... hehe.. so far... yet to get any quotes from my gf's dad... hope he can give me a good price.... if not... guess that if get someone else to do.... it will cost us about $20K..

Ya... dunno why got this feeling.... The quality standard for HDB flats is getting worst.... but of course... to be fair to them... hehe... they cannot be 100% perfect one lor....

Ya.. guessed that everyone is busy with their renovation stuff... Mine will be starting next week... hehe.. dun care liao... going to collect back my keys this sat... will tell them if they wanna fix my windows, book appointment with me... Unlucky me lor... we called HDB... then HDB asked BSC to call us.... then each time BSC calls, tell us different story.... Sianz lah... they always very slow in action one...

hmmm..... initially I thought that the SCV TV point already activated.... haiz... still need to activate ar... troublesome... !! True lah... that's what my gf told me... why need a fixed line if we got mobile phones... hehe... but hor... I told her that what if mobile not working, no reception or no battery and need to call urgently... then we still have fixed line to call wor... !! Hmm... think we need to pay abit more $$$ to conceal the pipes again.... !!

Hi Amoyz, what about the normal free-to-air channels, can we watch it or still need to activate it? Oh ya.. for the fixed phone line... let me know what's the process to activate... haha.. still thinking... whether to activate phone line or not.... my gf says she dun need fixed line wor.... Hmm... if we never use gas heater but we use normal heater... which mean that pipe is useless ar? ya... I find it very ugly wor... !!
