Look what I saw on my ID facebook recent post on TV console. I wished he told me then that he can do this interesting TV feature wall that is hand painted and textured on various thickness plywood and mounted on the wall above a TV Console by a talented local artist and interior designer/renovation contractor. This house is very unique as compared to the usual laminated feature wall platform offered by most interior designers. See the different surface texture... not just plain plywood. he can do

Dilemma in choosing between HDB licensed and non HDB licensed

From newspaper reports, most, if not all of the runaway IDs and contractors cases are not HDB licensed. Some are serial runaways... they set up new ID each time after they run away with clients' money. It is just safer to appoint HDB licensed contractors when there is thousands of them. If they are not, they just have to build up their private projects for a year before applying for the HDB license. -

I have installed an art design tempered glass backsplash for my kitchen and toilet door some eight months ago. So far I am very happy with them. The kitchen glass is easy to clean, no colour de-colouration and like new when I install it by my renovation contractor who also the artist for the designs. The other interior design firms and contractor that I asked for quotes for my renovation only can do plain colour glass backsplash. Overall no regrets. The pictures you posted is from the same contractor.
