Laminate got many types. Lamitak is the better ones that most IDs used. Last time i designed a curved feature wall but Ho bee said his laminate cannot bend, nust use verneer and top up $600. My current ID is able to it with Lamitak coz most of them have with blue dots indication that are designed for curved profile. -

Why there is restriction to type of laminate used? All IDs that quoted me can use all type of laminate except for those metal type. My 6ft full height laminated TV feature wall cost ~1k. How much was yours? -

U use glossy laminate for your capentry work? -
Recently approached virtualwares, recommended by a frd to get some sanitary wares for me. Got 400mm round counter basin + Otto wc + 707 cpmpact = $465 with no GST. Include delivery. I asked around Jalan Besar & balestier, all these items quoted me at least $500, and have to cash & carry. Should have contact them earlier instead of sourcing individual items myself. Good deal! For those who are interested can email them at virtualwares@yahoo.com.sg. Juz email them the model & they will get for you.

I have not installed yet. Will upload the pic when done. Mine comes with 6 lights with Egyptian Asfour crystal ( >30% lead content). I consider the price quite cheap for this grade. The price was quoted >$500, the boss gave me a good discount coz I bought all the lights from him + last piece too. Try to not to get China grade crystal, the cut not very good and they don't give a classy look. This type of chandier can get between $ 250 ~ $400. -

Ideal House Id
vowsh replied to kajua's topic in Renovation Contractors, Interior Designers & Suppliers Reviews
I agreed 110%. Ideal hse really take extra mile to help u save $$. Furthermore their quote is at least 10~20% cheaper than a reputable contractor. They will design the house that suit your life style & very trendy. They may even absorb the extra cost. Workmanship no complain and impt of all it comes with 3~5yrs warranty In the beginning, I always thought contractor is the cheapest option to go since you have to design + coordinate yourself. Thks to the forum that I found ideal hse, which save me the hassle + cost. -
Important is not about getting a house but a home.
