I finished the renovation work of my 4-room flat last month with them. Overall, I am satisfied with their renovation work. The quality is good and the whole renovation process is carefree. Their staff are very patient, and understand my needs very well. Actually compared with other contractors, their quotation is not the lowest, but at least in my budget. Before renovation, my husband and me have spend a lot of time to search ID firms, to see their past projects and their reviews. And at last we chose 3 id firms, * id, E&A id and SpaceArt Group. We went through each of them, explaining to them what we need and getting quotes with them. The service of SpaceArt is the most satisfying. We can find the detailed price list on their website directly before getting our quotes. (Really like this point and very helpful!!!) So maybe that's why we chose them finally although their price is not the lowest. The designer we contacted is very friendly and patient to explain every item he quoted inside the quotation. He also showed us the materials he quoted inside the quotation. The main renovation work is about the bathroom and kitchen, and also the cabinet in bedrooms and some tilling works and ceiling works. (Tried the industrial design for my living room!!) Because of some logistics problems, there are some delay actually, but didn't affect the whole renovation process too much They updated us the progressing of renovation work often, tiling works, ceiling works, carpentry works all have been done up well. This is my first time to renovate my home, I have less experience, and they helped me a lot. Very grateful~Share some photos with u
Sure. PM u already hah fotgot to say. I also saw Space Art ID when I searched id firms and heard some negative feedbacks on them. Finally I found they are not the same id firm,just very similar company names.
