i had a very bad experience with my current techno hob. think its the samemodel u mention. my is the glass design with 3 burners too. my bad encounter is the safty vale.which act as a safty when there is suddenly if your burner fire is blown by wind but your gas is still on. it will auto cut of the gas supply. but for my burner, i cant turn on 2 or 3 burners at the same time. it will cut of its supply n left with one turn on. so 3 burners become one burner. i complain n they come n service but say its like tat say we dont know n did not usevery big force to ignite the fire on. i will ask them to come again. but last time i have safty vale on ariston have no problem at all. think if u chose no safty valve techno will be ok. but not the one with it

if im not wrong ur backing is glossy tiles right? if it is, u can do without glass at all. if u think it nice to put glass, than u must do all the way. btw, it is spray paint glass, not frosted glass.

wow, rubine nowadays also have sink? i only know last time they sell accessories taps n small mirrors. i not sure whether where it came from the sink. but i do know nowadays most of the products come from china. as long as the hardware shop is responsible, no need to care abt it. but of cos better one will cost u more. the most important is how big u need for ur space den u decide but wat kind followed by brand

if im correct Aus screen does not hav those sliding system meant for use in kitchen or bigger pc of glass. actually most sg glass co uses quite gd system. please take note, many of the shopping centres sliding doors are not done by the mentioned brand. get wat i mean?

my old house wwhich is 6 yrs old kitchen is all white matt laminate. i have no problem with the color if u use those cleaners like now is mr muscle as it have a slight bleach content. yes, u must havea good laminates for white color. my new hse is now 9 mths old also all white laminates for kitchen. so rest assure. solid surface hav a lot of brands. some brand very difficult to clean or need to ask contractors to come back to polish for u. hence, u can use good brands like, corean , samsung or Lg. the rest i m not sure whether they r good.

Fujioh last time i use before, it is a very good hood if u chose the big n hav a 45 degree angle design. if not, its abt the same. unless u or ur mum cook a lot n very very oily, think nowadays no one will opt for that design right?

hi lawry, wow u seems to be very good at it. yes whether to use one pc glass partition only depends on your layout of the bathroom. so kitty n cindy, its best to let a good designer to advise on u. but take note, the most important thing is where is your shower head, as it might splash directly towards the shower door. if thats the case, use frame shower screen. btw, 4ft by 6 ft will cost u slightly less than $300.

ya most kitchen backing are tempered glass, but there are some id or contractors use tempered glass only for the stove part, while the rest is normal glass to save cost or hav lower burgets. Mirrror are not adviseable to be use at kitchen backing. cos there are no tempered mirror in sg. even there is, its true it will tarnish faster & its very difficult to maintain a show room like mirror. there will be grease , fog n blur stain on it for u to clean. usually show flats r to impress buyers, not really practical to hav total design as in show flats. To me, simple n nice will be appreciated over yrs.
