yg, one question... ur that orange wall... how does it cover the bomb shelter? its a swing door? hmmm... my mum n i have been discussing over ur design and still cant quite figure out how ur orange door works. How much did u pay for that feature wall covering the bomb shelter? (the orange part alone) and/or the full coverage including the shoe cabinet? I'm comtemplating a similar wall (without shelving) which they quote me $2800. Thanks alot!

there'll be a wooden bi-fold door to replace the hacked wall. the chandelier room is our 2nd living room if got 大日子 (even after hacking, the area is still smaller than my current 4 rm unit, so my mum can't get use to the idea of cramming everyone in that small little living room) else, we will use it as entertainment room.

Speaking about defects... maybe i'm too qingcai.. i dint locate any defect until 3 wks ago when i realised 1 window panel can't shut fully. I think it's rectified coz the problem is not there anymore.. My neighbour stepped into my house today and anyhow just tried on a power point switch and it got stucked! I dint check EVERYTHING actually... so, now i have to report that defect, which requires hacking off the power point from the wall, i heard... and my painting is already done so, do check EVERY switch, if u have not done so (yet).

Personally, i think the stock and service is better at the main outlet... if u approach the 老板娘and ask for discount, usually she do give. The staff quoted $160 for the glass bowl, my mum ask the boss and the price is down to $130

23Dec07 Drawings are finalised.. 1230hrs - at the renovation company 1630hrs - gone down to HoeKee finalised on the undermount sink - cost about $360 Remember: when selecting sink, if you wish for undermounting. DO double check with sales person as i encounter 1 saying can but the other saying cannot. So, the guy was saying to do undermounting, you cannot choose a sink whereby the rim is too thin, they needs sufficiently wide wide so that it can be covered nicely (hmm.. not sure if i'm making it more confusing... hope not) the waterfall tap in common toilet the Granite look glass bowl for common toilet

Gone down to make some adjustment to the design yesterday. The kitchen design is almost unchanged, except that i request gloss black on the 2 doors above hob n hood. The wardrobe, hahaha... the one that u guys think its nice, NO MORE. we decided its too complicated for a 6/7ft wardrobe. So, now change to a center stripped with sand blasted glass. nope, no overlaying of counter top wall tiles, they made a mistake with the color... the cabinet will not be as outstanding as shown here coz we all have that division line (separating the white n peach tiles)

Hi, calling out once again to those citygas heater user who has installed rainshower... i wrote sometime ago re citygas saying 5L free heater cannot support rainshower. But when i went back to HoeKee today, the sales person say 5L heater oso can support leh.. Just that the hot water flow may not be as consistent + more gas to heat up continuous flow, so mayb gas more xpensive. So, anybody using rainshower + citygas heater now? Like to hear some advice please. Thanks.

hey, i second that, happy. my id said not necessary to have blum for every door/drawers, thats ultra waste of $$ if u want blum, just have it on particular doors at particular portion of the cabinet which u think u will use often, rest, like the top cabinets etc, dun nid lah, this is wat i think. blum works when u open n close the cabinet, what if u hardly do so?

hey saeran, sys 4 bo pian one, trunking is visible, only whether u want it to b on which side of the wall, actually if u install the aircon on the wall betwn living rm and BR 3, still ok mah... them it connect out from BR 3. I can't coz i hacked the wall... so, my trunking runs from the living rm thru foyer... ugly!

sigh... i've been thinking, how to cover up this ugly aircon piping in the living room n foyer? my ID dun suggest i seal it up with plasterboard as he said: 1. too expensive to seal the whole stretch 2. He had a bad experience of water seepage detected only 1 yr later bcoz can't see and have to tear off the board.. sigh...

Lbox lighting no worries, got wall support, LoL... generally speaking, the avg cost ppl spent on living rm light is about $150, so x 2 = $300. So, i still think its worthwhile

I got mine from Gain city, 1 compressor, invertor, + extended warranty then comes to $4k.. just to share. anyway, think the price should b pretty standard regardless of where u buy from, rite?!

Hi Jasch, i'm not sure about inverter and non inverter system, but it is true that limited brand can fit out window, suggest u go hunting for aircon with the window measurement on hand. I had a hard time with Gain City when i had my inverter Sys 4 installed. They said its the 1st time they had problem with window
