Hihi, Like to check with those who have already collected their keys. Is there any particular spot i have to look out for when i'm checking for defects? Did any of you encouter any defects in your flat? And did anyone follow any beliefs when you 1st enter your flat. I was told by my MIL to bring along a baby and an old folk when I'm entering my house for the 1st time.

Thanks Alister ! Whats low suds detergent? I went Best Denki last weekend and was told by the staff, not advisable to get a 2 in 1 washing machine. It spoilt very easily bcoz of the dual functions. And like what Ms White said, once it's spoilt cannot be used at all liao...

Hi all, Need your advice...Is it essential to get a dryer and how do u guys intend to place it, on top of the washing machine? Given the small area kitchen we have, it's very squeezy with an additional dryer and i dunno if it would look funny to have it on top of the washing machine. BTW, any recommendation for washing machine? Heard that European brand is better than Japanese Brand? I'm very very new to all these so all advice would be very useful. Many thanks

Well, I also seen my neighbour doing reno when i went up to racky last week....haha....dun tell me we are really future neighbour Did u go down to the expo fair last weekend? I gave my floorplan to Fuse, Arts & Thots, Cisceern, Image & Rest & Relax for designs and quotations...Most of them told me that my reno fees will be about $40K which is way off my budget. Anyway, i will wait for them to get back to me on the designs n quotations and probably drive a hard bargain if i can find anything suitable...I quite impress by Fuse though, like their design and feel comfy with the ID. Anyone use Fuse?

Hi all, I happened to chance upon this web and thought of saying hello to all my future neighbours. I'm at Blk E..unit 65! I've just received my Loan application form. According to the OIC from HDB, I should be collecting my key not later then end Nov. Yippeeeee...very excited
