    there are false ceiling and built in cabinets that's why so ex to rewire the whole unit?

    one contractor quoted 6500 for rewiring hdb resale 5 room flat with installing power sockets and new circuit board. Inclusive of PUB inspection. Is it reasonable? or could I get a better price elsewhere?
