hey everyone, im going to be your new neighbor!! just got in thru hdb balloting in october 2007. haiz... my flat is going through total revamp and will get the key only early jan'2008 or mar'2008. i think it should have many defects since no one is staying in that unit since it was build till now. what are the things to take note?? how long in advance to i have to activate the electricity, water supply its so far!! any suggestion and advice for the flat there??
