iya.. Who wants to sleep in a tiny bed if got choice... T_T our bedroom is really very small... If put queen size bed.. No space to even walk.. Might have to move ard sideways... Lol... If can... I will try have a queen size bed.. See how my ID can work out for me... So i can sleep like starfish,, spread out... Hahahaha.... from your 5d planner.. Only thing i find abit hard is putting the dinning table half in kitchen half out the walk way.. May can work.. Lol.. I just cannot visual it.. True... Mmoh is the guru.. Hi andye, Mine is West Ridges (Bukit Batok) lol.. you bro so many time, so i better clarify i am sis.. hahaha.. all these hidden bed,, sounds nice,, but for daily usage.. find it a hassle and might cost alot. ya worst case scenario.. downgrade to super single ba... sad sia... i seriously suck at this 5D planner.. hahaha.. end product was worst den a 5 year old drawing... my vision not that difficult.. i need quite a distance from sofa to tv coz i want a 55 inch tv (i cannot downgrade since i am used watching tat size) so my living room.. must have sofa ( 1-2 seater can already), 55 inch TV, a glass showcase for my shotglass collection. bed room - queen size bed, a wardrobe (really don't like the idea of having it in living room) - have to sacrifice vanity dresser as no space.. must make up in toilet liao.. lol toilet (bathtub is nice to have.. but i think i aim asking for too much... just need a wet and dry area.. since will double up as my vanity dresser.. don't like a wet floor when getting ready.. see.. i am just a simple person... but my hse size just too small .. T_T didn't even mention kitchen coz break my heart to see such a small area.. haizz..

Lol... I wait since 2013... It really a long wait... But have some sliver lining... My BTO is almost done... Its a big project with 14 blocks.. And those flats facing the main road have their dates brought forward twice.. From 1Qtr 2018 to 4 Qtr 2017 and recently to 3 Qtr 2017 of coz the suay me... Lol.. Date never change... Still at 1Qtr 2018.. What to do.. HDB give keys by blocks..and i think mine last one.. But as my FB BTO group gets excited.. I also get excited.. Soon.. My turn will come... Till then, need to come here refresh for all the gurus their past advice...

My BTO is West Ridges (BT.BATOK) and i noticed you have cat feeding area in your 5D planner. lol... A shout out to fellow feline lover,, back to topic... Kudos to your planning skills.. I am still clueless on how i am going Reno this tiny 35sqm hse.. Like need to sacrifice a lot of stuff.. queen size bed, a practical kitchen and a spacious shower area.. I rope in my frend who is in this trade as my ID.. Hope can have a practical yet classy home for me...

I was stuck with a smaller type 1 coz by my turn... Just left 1 miserable unit.. Lol.. So it's take it or leave it.. but your room is very big... Mine is smaller... U can put queen size bed..

Hi mmoh,, Bt Btk BTO is a massive project.. They have launched West Crest, West Edge, West Quarry, West Ridges, West Rock, West Terra and West Valley. lol.. That is a lot of BTOs... While i never keep track for the rest, i suspect West Edge is behind the Shell Stn. Mine (West Ridges) is beside Dulwich College. Just to share... Dono i heng or suay.. When it was my turn to select, there was only 1 flat left. Hence it was really not a selection... Hahaha.. Either i took it... Or i have to wait for next BTO launch.. End up, i just took it.. The HDB auntie keep say.. Just take lah.. Next round also might not be successful.. Lol..

thankyou mmoh and stream.... I couldn't post my floor plan with measurement coz the size too big.. But this floor plan, I could post.. I have been waiting since 2013 for this BTO to be completed.. It's like taking forever... I am so envious of some of you folks who have already collected your keys... I wait to wait till 2018... It's a pity i didn't come across this forum earlier... Seems I have missed the open invation to view one of the forumer hse many months back... But I would love to see more pictures of the 2 rooms... Pls do keep sharing.
