Good, Reliable Contractors are indeed difficult to find.
There is so much activity on this thread and many have asked for the contacts of the contractor. There is some confusion as this thread was started by newowner09 and then Tang YM also started giving out contacts.
I am also on the lookout for a good contractor and would appreciate both newowner09 and Tang YM contacts.
