mmm no offense bro.. but i alway prefer RF then infared... not too sure if infared can bend but as infared is a form of ilght at a different frequecy is behave like light and i tink cant bend.. but RF is radio frequency can pass though wall and range is better... a few etc of user benefit of RF.. RF is all directional hence u dont need to point the remote at the sensor to active the function.. and rf can perform multi function with a button etc ON/OFF where as for infared u need two different button.. just my 2 cent tho...

ic tks alot.. so for mow i just gotta wait for the ahg letter to come right.. so assume i dindt get approved n i didnt approved i call up hdb to settle the rest of the stuff

Hi recently apply for a hdb under the close market (ballot). Got my HLE result but i also apply for additional hoursin grant.. just to chk how do i know the result for the grant????

Hi guys.. understand that chew is quite a big com hence may be a stuck up company.. today went to hdb hub for the talk n just pass them my floor plan and see wht they have to offer.. just wanna see any of u guys has any experience with them... plannin to go intradesign to cos hear quite a few gd feedback n kinda like one of u guy place.. pls post all comment here.. gd or bad are all welcome.

Yup, it my first time doing up a place.. Understadn that everyone hoope to get like home n decor style but that most possible with a gd budget.. So i wont push my luck too far also. went to the web u recommend, and kanna like some of their design. but understand the most of the the the budge will balloon up... hence give a grace of 5k more. mean time will chk up all the gd id u guys recommend. Im not lookin for a fantasic job be more of lookin for a ID where we can communcate like friend instead of the usual stuck up attitude. hence if any of yr ID u find gd, do let me know. cheers Do u mind tell me how much u spend on yr place.. tks for yr help.

Hi guys.. from my post count can tell im a noob.. Just got a place. 5rm 134sqm and will be lookin for ID (maybe) A few question is.. 1) if i go to a ID and ask for quote. Do i need to pay?? Or i need to pay when he done up the 3d drawing?? 2) Wht the main diff with hirin a ID and going to straight contractor ( other then the ID designin the place for u) 3) Wht the average sum needed to do up a 5 room. Assumin doing the kitchen (just the cabinet), window and grill for all window. The wood layerin for 3 room.( no need to hack away previous owner tile). Redo 2 toilet. And maybe a wiw. 4) pls if posssible point me to yr blog and let me know the ID n price you pay.. tks alot. sorry for all the stupid question
