Things are at last running smoother.. cos it nearly 2 month hence rush the contactor.. lucky for today, Light and toilet is almost done. Grill is coming in tomo and the bifold door. Aircon coming on thursday and tv next week hopefully laminate too.. included some random pic...

The laminate for the kitchen is actually a bit matt silver... was wondering will it be etter with gloss black.. but fear tat since the tiles are in black worry that black laminate will cause the kitchen to be too dark..

Hi Guy, Just wanna check for the glass of the window.. does it mean that if i wanna use other glass (except the clear colorless,tea color and black) i need to top up more?? Cos that wht my contractor says but if i remember not wrong i ask around a few grill installer they show me a range of glass.. and told me all same price except for floss glass.. confirm need top-up..

The white tiles are for the living rm and the blacked rusted for the foyer and stairs... Shining black tiles are for HALF of the toilet walls... Yes half... the other side will be done with cement scrape effect. The other black tile is for the flooring and the silver ones for just a column behind the wash basin. i did get a quote from poh khiang.. so part is on the hi side but they are honest in revealin most hidden cost
