Hi there, who in Koong Yee did you engage? My husband seems to be very keen on Koong Yew though the reviews here don't look promising. Appreciate if you could share your experience.. Thanks!

Don't bother engaging Koong Yee. They are always at the home fairs at Expo soliciting new business, but when it comes to delivery it's a nightmare, or at least I'm in the midst of it now. The guy was nice and friendly at the pitching state, but once you sign off, they just become bo-chap and non-responsive. We engaged them for our house renovation services just recently in April 2016, the ID in charge of our project is on leave (which he did inform us even before we signed off), but was assured of coverage. As most of you may have already guessed, the truth is there is ZERO coverage, so nothing in the house has moved for 2 weeks FYI. PM me if you need the details. Hi all, am new here. Getting keys to my 5rm resale in April so still am getting quotes from various IDs. Went down to the Tampines branch and was served by Gene. Quote was 32K for kitchen, toilets plus extras. My only comparison was sky creation which was 2k ish higher. Overall he seems to be quite budget conscious, suggesting things we can simply refurbish based on the photos we took. He's promised a detailed quotation by end of the week. Meanwhile we will check out other IDs to see how they compare.
