I have gone through the whole renovation process with Sir Kenneth and my wife and I r very happy with his attitute.IEarlier I have received quotations from a few other IDs,however they were concerned about earning more $ from the renovation process.1 ID even have the cheeck to tell me that why not custom-made a TV console for our living rm even though we do not like the idea !!!I was totally turned off by his attitute. With kenneth, it is different, when we think of varnishing the parquet floor,he will tell us that tis is not necessary and a waste of money,when we think of custom-made a dining table,he thinks it is not ideal as it is a waste of money as we wotld him that we operate on a tight budget. Our overall experience with him is excellent.Both my wife and I r very appreciative of his efforts. Thank you Sir kenneth for guiding and advising us whenever we have doubts. Sir kenneth, Huat ! Hello Brothers & Sisters, Our ID is kenneth. Our renovation is almost complete soon. My wife and I strongly feel that the best part in the whole renovation process is Mr Kenneth's himself. He has been very understanding, accommodating and always advise and guide us through the past 2 months. We rate his service as Excellent . Everytime after meeting him, we will feel that our reno is in very safe hands . I realy feel happy for him that he is going to be a "lao bei" soon. Hi, I m seriously thinking if getting a Mitsubitshi Non-inverter Aircon, but I was told by a sales person that there is no System 4 Mitsubitshi Non-Inverter in the market now.Is it true? The ones u quoted, r they inverter or non-inverter type? Also I am thinking of aircon the 3 bedrms _living area.What is yr final decision?Which system setup will u go for?I would like to hear yr opinion. Thanks.

Thanks Chunky Monkey. Earlier on,you advised that you will only go for System 4, if at any one time, only 2 aircons will be used. Thinking of the next few years, supposedly when the kid come along (assume 1), I will have to require air-con for the other rm (eg bedrm 2). So 2 aircons will be working every night. I will on the aircon in the living area only when there r guests or very hot.Taking this into consideration, 2 aircons on regularly and the one in the living area occassionally, do u still think I should get 2 sets of System 2? Are the trunkings/pipings for 2 sets of system 2 more compared to a System 4? Finally, i do not intend to on the aircon in my MBR every night if possible unless the days r very warm. I am thinking of geting non-inverter type instead of inverter one.What do u think? Thanks. U may wish to pm me yr reply.

Hi, My flat is also very small, 90 sqm. There r 3 bedrms icluding the MBR.My living area is separated from the Dining area, look like a L shape. My usage is only on 1 aircon at the MBR nightly, but not the other aircons. My living area aircon will only be on when there r guests, you can say it is occassionally only. Baes on my usage,what do you think is the best combination for the hse aircon?I have been thinking of Mitbusbishi Non-inverter Sysyem 4 or do u think 2 compressors is more advisable? Hi, I intend to aircon my whole hse - 3 bedrms + Living/Dining Areas. I have already shortlisted Non-inverter Mitshibishi Electric. Pls advise the following: Do you think I should get a System 3 (3 bedrms) + another System 2(living+dining areas), a total of 2 compressors for the aircon ledge? Or just a System 4 for my 3 bedrms +living/dining areas? Or a System 3 for my 3 bedrms and a Single Split aircon (of course higher BTU) for my living/dining areas? My flat is of regular shape and of 90 sqm. Also how many models of Non-Inverter Mitshibishi are there in the market now? Which one is the best, in terms of savings and efficiency?
