Hi, Any future neighbors? I will be collecting my keys for my flat next Wednesday and I'm worried about the possible defects... Anyone already collected their keys and hows the defects? I'm a first time owner and have no idea where and what to check

I just received an email from HDB to collect my keys on the 20th April! this is way.... in advance.... still saving up for reno...... I'm at 811A...
