Feature wall in the living room
Painting whole house (mostly will be white)
Wall paper and laminate on the wall of the staircase
Change of sliding door glass (3 Panel with wooden skirting)
Electrical charges per point
Living hall, Dining and Kitchen - Engineering Wood, Balcony to level up and install outdoor wood and first level room - laminate
Second level room current with solid parquet wood - to recondition it.
Air con for 3 rooms
Change of 4 doors (3 bedroom and Front door
Prefer to have urban, modern and cozy theme. Do proposed me some of ur design thought in the quotation, commencing date and payment and warranty term.
