    beautiful house still ryant. Just curious , where do you place your utilitys things? Vacuum , ironing board / iron , majong table (if any ) boxes of stuffs, since store room is used for walk in closet.

    used them since long ago ...... their like ... sponge version of sandpaper.. XD not advisable for long term use.. esp on painted areas. also thinking they were sponge , i tried to wipe my mouth with it once.. well... You know.. what happened when u do it witha sandpaper.. My lips hurt for a week lol.. The feeling is like , you peeled off the entire skins on ur lips lol

    lol... most of them quotes are copy and paste from other forums anyway thou i think i did emphasis or perhaps not, doesnt matter lolol. what your total burn up to date thou? Let say including most of your needed furniture and appliance. hmmm... cancel that , saw u replied someone else on the total quote. But square kitchen is such a nice perk compare to rectangular one hmmm

    Wah renovation prices already 25 to 35k.. Does it even include appliance and stuffs? Seem pretty expensive..hmm My tiles.... Lol.. overlay is okay right?

    Is your electronics , like oven , aircon , heater already included in your 20k ? 25k for such a small flat if purely on renovating (not including extra furnitures / ovens/ heaters/ aircon) feel painful :S.. False ceiling? Platform bedroom? hard to see from ur 5d planner doesnt allow to view 3d ... wierd. Overlay toilet and kitchen (same idea too ) (planning to remove the cloth hanger and install steigan brand THAT , or get samsung dryer washing machine ) lol mine 47 sqm.. but years to go la.. at least ur getting yours.. now... lololx... sianzz

    I think got some people branded us 2roomers + rental unit as nothing but mishapen and twisted individuals.. LOL Or maybe just the rented block area. Worrisome And annoyed at normal people. Should i discard my Bukit panjang before they ask me go down for 2nd appointment? LOL...

    If I have a living room Ike yours I might put an aquarium there at your shoe Cum cupboard area. How close to the chute? Direct access? On foot mine is like a small round a bout. Prb is if that rubbish area is ventilated Aka open wall.. Then maybe can smell if ppl left it open lol

    @mmoh take a video of your flat la.. better.. photo are limited.. missing a lot of point :D.. a full video would be nice.. but your kitchen really tiny.. but plus point , "bigger" living room? it a 47 right?

    I liked how your Storeroom is away from the living room. Give space for shoe rack. My layout standard. Sadly I don't know whether to keep my rack or not as my kitchen is beside the staircase wall hahaha.. My toilet still OK.. Enuff For a square screen. But I'm fat and tall. Don't know if I become. Sardine if I add a screen in the bathroom. Planning for a major overlay as well. Fancy toilet. Is your toilet cemented? Hoping to change the toilet bowl lol as well.

    why so many complain pcd 2017-2019 ..... dont la..... u guys cant have it worst then me lol.. or all the bt panjang peeps....... 2021/2022 sia............. im starting to feel the pinch........ feeeeeeeeeeeeeel like cancelling but cant wait another year more just to fail ballot again...... stressssssssssssssssssed
