YEAH!! i m finally going to get my keys soon!!! js visited the HDB web and it says collection on 30 Nov 10:10am.. but too bad, i have meeting at work so push the collection to 1 Dec 9:10am.. haha...

Dear all My HLE status is: We have received your application form and are currently processing your HLE application. We will inform you on the outcome of the application in due course. My flat application status is: HDB will invite you to take possession (ie collect keys) of your new flat in due course. Does this means I will be hearing from HDB soon for my key collection? I tried calling my customer service but she never answer my call.... Hopefully good news is coming soon...

Hey, I think need to have HLE valid to take keys. Maybe the other bro/sis who have taken keys can help with this question. For my case, i m still waiting for keys but my HLE expired already. I call up my customer manager then she told me she will extend the HLE for another 3 mths for me. No need to send in anything.

Hey Cindy-Monkeybone I called my officer-in-charge too.. she told me she will extend for me by another 3 mths. then i also ask her abt when keys coming.. she say should be by end of this yr.. aiyo.. the wait is so torturing.. haha..

hi all, my HLE is expiring by this week and i m staying in 26C, still waiting for my keys. Do i need to redo my HLE now or js wait?
