That's why, today, got so many interviews at 1 go... I can look very ugly one.. Just that you don't know.. But think you better don't know lar.. Know liao, I scared spoil you appetite.. On days when I feel good or less sleepy, I will wear boots to work.. Wah lao.. Really alot of sai in your head.. We will help you clear next week...

Ya.. The only thing that I can consoled myself is that, at least I can see my pay increasing slowly..Starting pay high is better than those start pay low, increment also low jobs leh.. Wah lao.. The way it sounds.. Ma chiam being a recept is very glam sia.. But seriously, everyone in the company is doing the same things over the years.. The only thing that is changing is the pay.. Last year in Feb, there is a Manager-level lady who is doing exactly the same thing as what I am doing now.. But her pay is like 6k plus.. Just becoz she worked some time in the company liao.. For me, I don't mind doing the smae old things over a long period of time.. Coz I am afraid of changes.. As long as I am paid well, then ok lor.. Ya lor.. I also used to have this kind of concept.. Coz banks managed to let ppl feel that it is glamorous to be part of the banking industry.. SIM also degree leh.. Still a paper to be proud of.. Btw, you are a banker right?

Ya man.. I remembered shopping with my own $$.. Super shiok.. I also stopped getting $$ from my parents after I started my 1st job.. Felt proud of myself.. But I really felt that way.. Maybe becoz I had been through entry-level positions.. Slowly moving up.. Even though now still in very entry-level jobs, but I agar agar can tell the mindset of people.. And I am really glad that even though I am not as educated as Fifi or Air, I am blessed with a not-so-bad job complete with a ok-ok salary package.. That's why I feel that luck and opportunities play a big part in the career route..

Why regret? I got many friends dying to work in banks.. Saying that working in banks like very power and classy.. You are from NUS ar?

Entry level jobs, ppl won't attempt to stay long.. Medium level jobs, ppl constantly ask for pay increment.. Tend to job hop.. High posts ppl always seek for better offers outside, hoping for lesser jobs at the same time.. Then did you tell your management about your findings? Actually, to have certain certs and qualifications is good.. But it also must be complete with an opportunity to land a good job, together with a fabulous salary package.. My company's salaries are not determined by job load, qualifications or experience.. It's determined by how well-liked you are by the boss.. Bonuses also depend on his mood.. Bad mood = $0.... Good mood = $$$$$ That time we company dinner, he good mood, then announced half day for us the next day.. Btw, which requirements Air don't fit? I think she over-calibre liao lar!!! Yup.. I often have nightmares about work.. I marry also not that nervous leh.. !! Becoz now, my office is like undergoing re-structuring.. Alot of ppl fighting for power lar.. Then hor.. My Manager is involved in an accident overseas, will only return in another 2 months.. The 'stand-by' manager is a strict guy who followed strictly by the 'laws'.. He gave me orders, I don't dare to disobey..Coz he is super close with the boss.. He anyhow talk, I am fired liao.. He gave me orders to employ a GOOD candidate for the recept before he is back mah.. And he is coming back soon.. I am scared that my rice bowl not stable.. That's why will have nightmares..

I am anything.. I don't really go for cakes and stuffs.. The decision lies with you guys.. Wah lao.. You might as well kill me.. Last time, they wanted me to take on 2 roles.. Then offered to give me like 1k extra.. I don't want lor.. Really alot of work leh.. small chores, but time consuming..

Sigh.. At least I can sleep better now.. Last 2 nights, I kept on having nightmares that I am unable to get a suitable candidate and my Manager scolded me like h e ll.. Then my boy said that I am being silly... Time abit slow now... Nothing to do... Want to sleep liao..
