Jp And Photographer Recommendation Needed
katvolution replied to katvolution's topic in Wedding & Travel
Really ar? Then I think I will just choose someone from the JP list. I just need a Chinese speaking one. As long as they sound ok on the phone, I think that should be ok le. Another question, after I call the JP and he confirms with me, do I need to get a spare one for stand by? What if at the last minute, something crops up and he cannot make it? How did you guys do then? Just get 1 JP and settle? -
I still abit blur blur. Meaning those born in Feb - April will ALL be wood? But I am not born in these few months leh. But I am still wood leh.

Where to see Air's wedding photos? I want to see leh!!

Jp And Photographer Recommendation Needed
katvolution replied to katvolution's topic in Wedding & Travel
Nice people will understand nice ppl.. But die lar. I tried reading up on the sgbrides forum hor. All recommended the same JP one leh. Sigh. Don't tell me everyone in the forum use either David Loh or Mr Chan Kai Yau meh? -
10 times I read your replies, I laugh 11 times. The 11th time will be after effect laugh.

Most of the drivers who wind down windows are those ah pek half bald or already bald. I am so bad!! Singapore also have leh. Especially in town areas. Those ladies will be clad in their suits, wearing sunglasses on their head, with their hair loosely tied up. Even their eyes also grow on their heads.

Guys like to dump $$ in cars one. I think quite standard. But again, I mean ppl who dump $$ into cars are mostly guys, but not all guys will do that. Need to clarify in case you guys get the wrong idea. But is it worth it to change the brakes if he really got the intention to change car within a short period of time? Unless, he plans on keeping the car for at least a 3-5 years, changing the brakes is still ok. Better brakes = safety That's why I always wonder how come some ppl can drives a 5-room around, and still stay in landed property. Must be really filty rich to be able to afford that. Maybe when I strike toto, I can do that too. But provided, I buy 1st lar. I think have leh. Long long time ago, when MOS just opened, I went there to celebrate a friend's BD. The ferrari owner is young and HANDSOME. The passenger seat is empty when he went in, but was taken by a female passenger when he left the place a few hours later. don't know in this case, the lady is lucky or the driver is lucky...

Wah, you really power leh, Mace. Your advise is what my FS master told us too. Can engage you instead. Hmm, true that my bf is quite manly. Well, about the yin wood gals being pretty, usually, I take it as you are describing me. Ok, jokes aside. We did really get a brown bed. Our flooring is also wood like tiles. Sofa will be getting biege colour. In fact, the theme of our flat is mostly brown and biege. Actually, wanted to do black glass for kitchen, but my master advised against it leh. So, will be settling for dark brown laminates instead.

Talking about dream cars, can I chip in too? I always turn my head and 'wow' at those expensive convertibles. Beri beri beri chio!! The new Audi TT is very sporty and class looking. But very 'gui' leh. Can never afford in a million years. I also like the SL500 leh. Another car that screams class. It's like a 5-room flat travelling on the road.

Err, both TS and WRX has the same body. Your picture only show a small portion of it. I can't really tell unless I judged by the seats which is partly visible in the picture. If you show the whole backside, I will be able to tell, because of the smaller diameter of the exhaust and piping. As for the brakes, I am not too sure, but I think the TS comes with drum brakes at the rear wheels, but WRX comes with disc brakes, while the STi comes with brembo brakes. Maybe only Diva can shed light, because that is what I know of previously...

Err, meaning, it's not easy to find a house that suits a 'wood' person? Both my bf and I got our bazi checked. Together with our upcoming flat. It's so qiao that he also belongs to the 'wood' kind. But just different kinds of 'wood'. He is those big and straight kind. Meaning stubborn but stable. I am those small 'wood'. Twist here and there kind. Although I don't understand much, but the FS master just tell us to have more brown in our place. Is that right?

Errmm, pardon my stupidity. What do mean by the above?

Sometimes, really got to learn and give and take. Get to sit and drive a car that I love, but buy lesser clothes and shoes. I don't kanna from Mazda drivers, so no comments about them. But I had a thing against Camry drivers. Especially uncles driving Camry. They always talk on their phones and cut lanes without signalling. You try to horn them, they will horn you back, ma chiam you are at fault.

Ooh.. but if you let go off the car now, you are going to suffer a loss right? So, you going to sell it and get a WRX? I cannot tell leh. Unless you mean see by the spoiler issit? I am not too sure whether all WRX comes with high mount spoiler. Because I remembered a friend who also got a WRX, requested for high mount. He told me only STi comes originally with high mount, for WRX, it comes with fish tail. I think the most distinctive feature is to see the seats, brakes, exhaust and with or without hood. Me also learning, correct me if I am wrong k?
-
HUH? Why is that so?
-
Hi Fifi, I am not so 'small gas' one. I used to think the same way as you too. But after sitting in my friend's evo, I really fall in love with the car lar. Simply cannot resist! Sigh. Indeed I forego other luxuries like frequent shopping and mahjonging. But like I said, I am getting used to it now and I am saving more $$ for rainy days. Btw, why did you said Mazda drivers are reckless? You had bad experiences with them?
-
You guessed it correctly. It's N***. My company used to deal with 6 insurance companies on motor insurance. N***, A**,*X*, S**,A**i*** and C****. For continental brands, you will be surprised that Mercedes comes rather cheap when compared to Honda or Mitsubishi. Only Toyota is slightly lower than Honda and Mitsubishi. Mazda 6 seems to have abit of problem. Last year during New Year, I played mj over at a friend's place in Bukit Batok. When I was leaving, I could not get a cab as it was chu 1 and thus my friend was kind enuff to lend me his car for the night. I drove back but of course I returned him the very next day. But while driving, I realized that the car gave off a very loud aeroplane sound. I asked my mechanic friend and he said that alot of his customers also feedback to him about it. Anyone knows what is it about?

Hmm, but the hood is on the left when you entered the kitchen. Meaning, when you 1st entered the kitchen, you won't be able to see the hood, cause it is on your left. Unless you enter, and you turn your head slightly to the left, then you can see it. I am not sure of my mum and my bro, but I am a 'wood' person. Is a wood person afraid of metal?
-
Hee. I do agree with what you said in the 1st paragraph. Unfortunately, my bf and I are not so level-headed and thus chiong to buy our current car just because we don't want to regret not getting it when it is totally unavailable in Singapore. But on a happier note, we are both glad we bought it coz we love it to bits. Having our fav car also make us learn to save $$ in other aspects. Surprisingly, we manager to save more than the past. When you got no commitments, you tend to spend more on the unnecessary things.. Your last statement is duper funny!!

I had a few months experience doing motor insurance etc back when I just graduated. If the 'laws' are the same, most insurance companies look at the make of the car rather than the colour. There is this insurer, ****, they calculate the premium of a car using points system. They increased the point for Mitsubishi cars in a particular year. The reason is, they realized that among all their claims, Mitsubishi had a riding accident rates when compared to other makes. Thus, they increased 1 point under it. but that 1 point can come up to a freaking 200-300 bucks difference in premium.

Great minds think alike lar. But hor, the maintenance for that car can kill if you are not loaded. 3500cc. *faint* Can you imagine how much you will be forking out on the road tax and insurance yearly? Not to mention the petrol it is goin to drink. I have a friend driving that, and he told me that the car is super duper heavy and he spends alot of the petrol. But the look of the car is worth the $$ if you really like that car, but provided you had extra bucks to spare. Long story? Share leh, share leh...

But black will look really chio if you polish them regularly. But it's true that black is very hard to maintain, especially it rains every now and then. Got some cars look very nice with the orbiang orange you mentioned. Like the Nissan Fairlady 350Z. I think vios also come with that similar colour, but abit weird..
