Will there be any promotions for wedding bands during Christmas? Most likely, will get the wedding bands by end of this month. !! My renovation started liao. Cleared the hacking part, now, it's the process of laying tiles. How come you are stuck for your renovation? Not much time liao leh.. Christmas and CNY round the corner, cannot afford to waste time.. Haven yet leh.. They did the layout for the album for us, but we made some slight changes to it. Thus, the CD Rom will only be ready end of this month or beginning next month. Very sian leh.. I also waiting to grab hold of my CD Rom!!

The 1st time I got my keys and opened the door and stepped in, I do think it looks big.. Maybe my eyes had got used to seeing it liao. Somehow, I still find it small leh!! But I think, only the living room is big. The rooms are ok lar.. I was supposed to go down to 'witness' the start of the laying of tiles. But something cropped up, thus no pics for the moment. I don't really like the balcony to be located just at the entrance. Will prefer a service balcony instead. Can hide my barang barang there.. But hor, you got experience those like 10-days-never-bathe people anot? I know I sound rude, but there are indeed people who give out pungent smell once they step into the train. and mind you, it's freaking strong kind one!! I don't think you OT lar.. Devilaz is asking about anything related to MRT. I think most of us will complain about the passengers. Very common problem in Singapore. Expressways talk about drivers, MRT complain about passengers.

Too late... That person normally will step on my foot directly or slamming into my ribs instead of kissing me. There is another kind of idiots. When reaching the station, the door opens but the person not alighting will stand ROOTED to the ground with their hands planted firmly to the poles at the side. They don't know the meaning of stepping aside or stepping outside to let others alight 1st. Dash in when they are not wanted, and refuse to budge when they are blocking the way. Isn't that irritating?

Yup. Very disgusting. Some like to open newspaper big big, to mak themselves more comfortable with the extra space. Irritating. But I think that is not the worst leh. You know, when you are among the last few to board the train and you were standing practically with your face 0.005cm from the door? At the very next stop, someone will just try to squeeze beside you. And when they can barely shift their feet and whole body into the train, they start to push you without saying excuse me or sorry. This kind of people I totally buay tahan!! I mean, if you are courteous abit and say excuse me, I will take the effort to shift to whaever space is left to accomodate you. But if you don't, you just push, that's over the limit liao! Some very not-clean people will sneeze into their hands and immediately placed their palms on the poles. Yucks. At least they can just wipe on their pants or something mah. It's really very err xin lor..

I got many many complaints!! Other than the perverts, there is always the buay zi dong people. It's already very bad that the MRT is aways over-loaded in the morning. Some people just don't observe courtesy. I simple hate it when I see people hogging their handphones like nobody's business. It's alright when the MRT is not as packed. But when you can hardly breathe liao, some idioTs come along and hold their handphones in their widely opened arms. Super pek chek lor. And when you shift to make room for new on board pasengers, you accidentally knock into their arms, they will hiss at you.

Hmm. Directions ar? Don't think we will be stopping for any photoshoots on the AD. Thus, should not be any major problem. Anyway, my boy got me as the map-reader cum navigator, so, mei you wen ti! Finally, I am able to squeeze some time to start a T-blog of my own. Collected keys to my new home in the East last month. Been to my new home for a few times but always forget to bring my camera along. Will be making a trip down again this weekend to capture some pictures of the bare house. Had already started with the 1st stage of renovations. HACKING!! Last weekend, my boy and I went to our new place to inspect the progress of the hacking. The flooring of the whole house is completed. The wall tiles of the kitchen and both toilets are also gone. The workers were clearing off the mess when we last visited. If nothing goes wrong, they should be starting to hack the 3 walls yesterday. Before I continued on, this is the floorplan of my future nest. Located in the Eastern part of Singapore. A total area of 148sqm. There are a few walls to be hacked down. The walls in yellow are to be hacked down, while the wall in blue had already been hacked down by previous owner. I will be re-constructing walls at the openings marked in pink. Alot of major hacking!! We will be going up again this weekend to supervise the progress. This time round, will remember to bring my camera along to capture the changes. As for our furniture, we had bought most of the major items. 1) Philips 37" LCD TV for the living room. - Sitting unopened in my boy's room now. 2) Pioneer 32" LCD TV for MBR. - Buying it on this Friday. 3) Samsung white fridge. - From Harvey Norman, delivering in Jan. 4) Washing Machine - Getting this Friday, either a front load Electrolux OR top load Toshiba. 5) Fabric L-shape sofa - From Red Apple, delivering in Jan. 6) Round Dining Table with 4 chairs - From Red Apple, delivering in Jan. 7) King-sized bed with mattress - From Furniture Mall. (Forgot the brand and shop name!!) 8) Philips Vaccum Cleaner - Sitting unopened in my boy's room now. 9) Samsung Home Theatre System - Sitting unopened in my boy's room now. (I don't know the exact model, must go back and check.) 10) Motorola Cord + Cordless phone - From Harvey Norman, sitting unopened in my boy's room now. In fact, we got most of the items long before we got our keys from HDB. Too anxious le. Hehe! Now, we are still lacking of coffee table, lightings, and all the kitchen and toilet accessories. I don't know what else can I update as this is my 1st flat, so pardon me if you find me repeating myself a sentence twice or find me blabbering nonsense k? Will update again after my next visit to my home and of course, with photos!!

Like that quite ok leh.. My sofa already cost 2k, then the dining table is about 700++ if I remembered right. I still need a coffee table!! But I am looking for 1 that is totally transparent. You know those see-thru tables? Even the legs too. But all that I came across are far too big for my liking. Still looking for smaller squarish one. It's quite true that their sofas are pretty eye catching when compared to other shops. When is your schedules delivery?

Yup, reading about the negative comments really made me stressed more.. I will had been less stressed if CNY is not round the corner. It's like racing with time. In less than 3 months, everything got to be settled. The house and the wedding. I am keeping my fingers crossed. But for the inspection part, I don't think I need to do the job. My boy always check everything we buy, inclusive my clothes. !! He is by nature, a more careful person and he pays more attention to small details.

My friend also advised us against it. She said that the groom cum driver will be very tired. But a 2 seater? But it's very cramped right? The bride must had a hard time getting in and out of the car.

Ya lor. CNY. I am super stressed lately. Worried about practically everything. Sigh. Fretted out. Worried that everything will be delayed. The reno, the furniture, the wedding plans etc.. I think I will call them every week in December. Call me paranoid or siao. I can't bother much liao. Gonna make sure everything promised by them will be delivered promptly and correctly on time. Very hard to have confidence in Red Apple after reading sooooo many negative comments about them. I also wish I got the time to 'visit' them. What if I make myself a nuisance by calling them daily, and they give me inferior goods that can't be detected by naked eye? !! I get paranoid real easily.. I guess the dining table and chairs will be easier to check for defects. But sofa, kind of hard right? Especially if it is fabric, not leather kind.

Kaoz.. I think I should call them at the end of next month. If they tell me that my delivery is late, I will have no sofa and dining table during CNY!!! I can't possibly ask my guests to sit on the floor right? You mentioned about calling them to confirm my sofa is already in their warehouse right? Meaning I got to call their warehouse ar? It's stated on the receipt? Should I change my delivery date to a weekday too? I saw comments saying they got problems delivering on weekends..
