I know there are numerous threads on recommendations of contractors but its really tough to browse through all. I am relocating back to Singapore and I would like to renovate my existing 3-bedroom (3I) Marine Terrace flat primarily focusing on the kitchen and bathroom as a start. Can anyone recommend a good contractor to work with. Someone that wont exploit us. We are on a pretty tight budget. Much appreciated!
