Hi, can anyone pls advise if this is the norm for HDB reno? Rewiring whole house with additional charges for LEW (licensed electrical worker) single line drawing $300 ? I thought this should be included in the electrical quote already? On top of that, we need to engage PUB testing at $350 which I can understand. But why the drawing fee? Also, how many earth bonding points do I need for a 4rm hdb? No gas pipe. Was quoted 2 points @ $60 each. For changing sub main cable (less than 2metre), I was quoted $220. Is this acceptable? Thanks.

Hi, I'm planning to renovate a current 4-room hdb flat (~30 yrs, 84 sqm). On a certain budget, so may need to remove some items if exceeded. Nonetheless, pls help to provide the quote first.
