I have engaged Melvin to do my coordination work while I worked on the house design. I can be pretty demanding since I have put in alot of effort into the designing and it is our home for the next 5 years at least. He is a patience person and he will try to help out as much as possible. My greatest complain would be some of his workers.Other than that, things could have worked out alot smoother during the course of our reno.

Currently awaiting for their quotation Axx Dxxxxx Quotation is around within our Budget but they gave a ballpark figure instead of itemizing. Also seems to have quite a bit of missing items.
