Hi Master, My new bto unit, like many other btos, have the bathroom in the center of the house. Heard that it means 破财, is it absolute? My stove will be along the same wall as the main door, heard it will affect health of the mistress of the house, how much is this true? 45degree corner from the direction of main door entrance = 财位？ is it true? must be the nearest 45 degree corner or the deepest 45 corner in the house? Layout 1 looks good! Rect layout for living area and some wall space for outside study room wall for deco/cabinetry/ shelfing. Feels like it will look spacious too ! Layout 3 looks bad... layout 2 is similar to 1 but some wasted space for the door passageway (redundant?) 4rm bto already so small to start with and the layout is really boring. Layout 1 looks good!! However if you move living room to bedroom, you will have a smaller window?
