Engaged Jun contractors Mr. Wong to install my 3 panel yard windows after seeing his flyer in the lift. He offered standard price; no worries of being conned. I got a quote from.a contractor earlier at about 60% higher price. Fortunately, I did a rough estimate of material cost and labour. Material used were also of good quality.

Found this aircon installation company over the web last Oct. They were shortlisted as one of the competitively priced vendor. Engaged Mr. Ang of Harvest Aire, and requested him to include all my stated requirements about size of copper pipes, brand n size of insulations, electrical cable size in the purchase order. Unlike other vendors that I contacted, there was no demand for extra charge to meet those requirements. I postponed my installation by slightly over 1 month without being pestered too. The installation workers were both humble Malaysians--easy to communicate when routing the pipes. Mr. Ang was responsive to calls and messages when there were questions. Feeling glad that I engaged Harvest Aire, especially when my neighbor complains about water droplets found on the surface of his trunking because his contractor convinced him that there will not be any problem to use thinner insulations. He is contemplating to dismantle his false wall to change the insulations n trunking now. it is worth to be KS to use at least 1/2" Armaflex insulations if trunking is concealed.

We shifted into the new flat on 16th Jan 2016. Paid up fully by end Jan. We discovered the top of kitchen cabinet was laminated white instead of wood grain. Bryan got it fixed within a week. In end Mar 16, we discovered a minor defect in the floor tile. Would any contractor entertain us way after full payment? I called Bryan. Today, it has been fixed. We had only < 8 weeks to renovate our new Bto flat. We engaged 3D after making several quotation comparisons. We took their $21,118 package. Their price was competitive, and they have great influence over their sub-con partners. Our renovation was completed in time for us to move-in. I am not so sure those small contractors can do it within such timing around year end. Our ID was Bryan Lim, a hardworking and meticulous person. He was attentive and take note of the details discussed; very open for ideas and giving proposals. No question asked when we decided to source the aircon & doors on our own to save some money. He even advised us the door pattern to select to blend into house. During the renovation, he had the contractors corrected items that we had concern. He even allowed us to change the color of a wall that we decided to change after painting. The quality and finishing were great, no inferior material used, even those free gift items. Look at what they put into their showrooms, those will be what can be expected. I think they take pride of customer satisfactions.
