Do you have the contacts of the uncle doing the bolts? I nv met or approach by any uncle doing the bolts for gate leh... I have some queries. 1) What exactly is acid/chemical washing? 2) For those using homogenous tiles, does your contractor do such washing? or only applicable to kitchen? 3) Does your tiles look blur, like got scratch, when you view it from certain angle, esp at day time? My experience with L+F isn't that good, or should I say, very bad. Probably they felt that we will not be buying, therefore the attitude like "ai mai ai mai". Make us **** when we leave. Well, with this kinda attitude, I will just take my money elsewhere. At least its better than they show me attitude after I pay up.

If those uncle comes to you, juz tell them you have signed up with ID/contractor alrdy loh. Then think they wont pester any longer to waste their time. In the 1st place, dun even look at them or make any eye contact, then they less likely to approach. At least it works for me.

Ok...so wat u mean is that they swop the items. Let say you report kichen switch is spoil but didnt state MBR switch spoil. They juz swop, so that the kitchen 1 is ok & the MBR 1 didnt report. So they clear the problem without incurring extra cost...SLY!! Maybe we can write in to HDB regarding the main con 'great service'

Why need to box up ah? May I know how deep is your cabinet? So the top cabinet & bottom 1 same depth? or got staggered? will lights be block off since it's deeper?

Like to ask ah, who shd be the one doing running of electrical wiring for lighting? The lights installer or the electrician? Although our flat do not req much cabling to do, but let say we have false ceiling, the wiring shd be prep by the false ceiling guy, light installer or have to get a electrician to do?
