Hi, I bought them from three cubes locally. Brand name is Megaman. Mostly are in 4.5W except for the 4 tracklights in the Living room facing the wall, those are 5.5W dimmer-able bulbs.

Partial electrical works (lights + ceiling fan) today! Left pendant light and some switches and socket in the kitchen to be installed on another day after carpentry installation. Ceiling fan up! Unifi wireless AP up! Track lights up! Bedroom lights up! Toilets / Bomb shelter / Service yard lights up!

Hi, I saw a few complains from my neighbours who did painting without sealer... and after a few weeks, paint start to chip off. I think HDB provided sealer looks powdery ... so I don't want to take chances, top up and requested my ID to apply sealer before painting.

I am using Hammerite brand. For the black door frame, I am using satin black color which is slightly matt. For bomb shelter door, I am using smooth white which is slightly glossy.

Today spot check our ID's paint workers cos they are doing sealer and wall painting... noticed they are not using Nippon oil based sealer but my ID charging me Nippon oil based sealer pricing ($540). Quite angry, immediately message my ID tell him I will not pay the full amount. Awaiting for his reply now. Dunno what brand oil based sealer. Paint for ceiling Workers doing preparation work

yup laying vinyl flooring from living room to bedroom and kitchen, all using the same vinyl flooring. my BTO project is the last batch before free cement screeding (up to 40mm) from HDB, for my case, I top up $950 for cement screeding. ID charging me $3.3k for cement screeding.

After 2 days of DIY effort! Saved $450 from using my ID's painter to paint our door frames and bomb shelter door. Before (ugly beige colored door frame + bomb shelter door) After (Black door frames + White bomb shelter door) Quite pleased with the results haha ... although in toilet ... some of my black paint spilled over to the grout since the grout is directly beside the door frame... hmm see later got any ways to clean up. Also some paint dripped on to the toilet tiles... seems quite difficult to wipe it off despite using turpentine.
