Decided to take half day leave and went down to Hoe Kee main branch with wife to do a 1-1 exchange. In the end spend $40 on transport (IMM to our place, our place to Hoe Kee main branch and back to our place). So for those who wish to buy Blanco silgranite sinks from Hoe Kee, make sure if you are uncomfortable with any cracks, change it immediately on the spot... don't me like me all good now!

Yesterday went to Hoe Kee to self collect my Blanco Naya 8 kitchen sink... according to the staff the crack found below the sink is normal... but after a check with my friends using Blanco sink they say its not normal... Guess I need to make another trip down to Hoe Kee to demand them to open another set to check...

My electrician do the trunking for us... I bought the cat6 cable for them to lay inside the trunking. They also help me drill and mount the device onto the beam.

The door installers came over in the afternoon to finish up installing the door handles and also painted the doors. We love these barn doors! Not the usual boring office look doors provided by HDB and outside.

Window grilles installation today! Opted for 2 inch gap grilles as we will be keeping a pet cat (may adopt a second one as well!) Preparing for installation. Installation in progres... All window grilles up! Labeling the new keys...

Today our door installer came to fix our bedroom doors but they will come again on Monday to paint the doors white and fix the door handles which had some issues and unable to install today.

yup, renovation should complete around end may or early june. We target to move in 2nd or 3rd week of june! your wait will be over soon! should hear from them very soon...

My wife went down to our place to check on the carpentry progress... and its almost all done! Left the table top measurement and tempered glass backing measurement now. But will have to wait... cos the sink we bought from Hoe Kee no stock and will only arrive later next week... Our lovely kitchen! Our shoe cabinet! Our master bedroom toilet full length mirror with storage!

The living room venetian blind + 3 roller blinds (2 blackout + 1 normal) in the bedrooms cost $1100. Installation is next saturday. Will post pictures up when its installed.

Since today is PH, went down to our place with my wife to see the carpentry installation progress. Our electrician Mr Sim is also doing some works with some of my neighbours (yes we all use the same electrician! lol) and his workers drop by to help us connect the hood and oven, fix some switches and installed our pendant light. Philips HUE LED lightstrip is up too! But only used 2m + 1m... the additional 1m extension not used. So will keep as spare. Installation almost completed! Tomorrow will install all the carpentry doors! View from living room: Loved our pendant lights!
