I bought mine from HT Lighting in permas jaya. so far no issue but got some slight knocking noise cos my ceiling not really totally flat evenly. they probably didn't balance the fan for you properly, may want to get your electrician to come down check.

hi, basically it is connected this way: fibre bb port -> my asus router (1 of the LAN port) -> poe adaptor (2-LAN) -> poe adaptor (1-POE) -> unifi device. poe adaptor has power plug.

Yup need to be permanently on as you need to control the hue lights automatically. for me, 645pm auto on (relax scene lighting) 11pm (change to night scene lighting) 645am off lights.

Hi, we using mitsubishi starmex 2 ticks system 3 (9000 btu x 3) 1. After the hdb contractor who did our cement screed screw up... partial of the original slope was hacked by my id to do some levelling prior to laying the vinyl flooring. We also bought door sealer from neighbour shop to paste on the main gate and main door so far the water never came in. 2. We dun cook often but we make it a point to close all room doors during cooking. Our unit is quite windy (if u see our service yard photos in the earlier posts) so i guess it helps too.

Hi, Both master and guest room using queen size bed frame. Which room you referring to? For washer, we bought EWF12844 8KG load, pretty quiet so far no issues. For dryer, we bought EDH3786GDW 8KG load (heat pump model), also no issues so far.

Hi, I engaged a different electrician, my ID's electrician quotation is very high.

General cleaning today + Kitchen mixer installation + switches & sockets installation on kitchen cabinet and it's a wrap! This marks the end of the whole renovation and we are finally moving in this Friday! Mr Sim himself doing the final electrical works! Do lookout for more photos of our completed love nest soon once we settled down!

Tempered glass also installed today! The final look! With IKEA Fintorp rail to hook kitchen accessories. now waiting for my ID plumber to install the kitchen mixer on Monday. General cleaning will also be done on Monday! Can't wait to move in this coming Friday!
