Apparantly all the outlets have different pricing. I went to sungei kadut one and they quoted me ard $4500, not package. Btw the SA told me that the price will go up after CNY. So if you want to order, order before CNY lor. Pay a deposit to lock the price only. =)

I will be super GL ..hahaha...hubby look man man but always be good guy, i have to be the b****. >..< ***Updated*** Despite several bad reviews on FC, I still signed a living & dining package with them. Fell in love with the L-shaped sofa and their dark wood console/coffee table/dining set. Comes with a reasonable warranty too. I just hope my situation wont go bad. Study room furnitures will be from Ikea DIY. So now I am left with: - Hood & Hob - Kitchen Accessories - Kitchen Appliances - Toilet Accessories - Refrigerator - Washing Machine - Lighting - Maybe ceiling fan and a wall mural design for my living room. I am so itching to start painting. Heehee Still waiting for another updated ID quotation. 80% confirmed carpentry - 12 ft top & bottom kitchen cabinets - 7ft wardrobe for masterbed room - 9ft settee w/ cushion **** room - HHS feature wall - Lbox **** room

Hi Greycat, mine is at st 64. A new premium flat. Not supposed to do hacking for 3yrs as stated. Right now its the HDB's responsiblity to rectify any defects that their own contractor caused for free lor. kekeke...i am prepared to keep bugging them until they do nice nice. HB close one eye de. hahaha CHEERS~!

Morning kiki2004, Living room tiles are okay so far. Only the skirting got defects. Whether or not my toilet tiles will be overlaid is still pending. TO hasnt revert back to me yet. I sure hope that they overlay, then i can at least choose a solid colour for the entire toilet. haha.. *keeps fingers crossed* hee

its a premium flat. comes with all that ba. $$$ all in the valuation but the tiles are usually ugly..hahaha kiki2004, btw they mentioned that toilet cannot be changed. Judging from the looks of it, they have to overlay my toilet tiles. really upset by the workmanship of the toilet. everytime see the pics that i took, i "fa huo". >..<

Hi Kiki2004, I got the LA37S81BX LCD. Its not the high end model. Average. but picture quality is pretty good imo. I am only looking at the "game mode" function. hahahaha applefreak, the TO called me at noon. Quite fast ba. Just hope that things can move on smoothly. Drag so friggin long already. Nobody informed us after 1st round of rectifications has been completed. I find it really irresponsible. Now I got the TO's contact, sure bug him till my flat swee swee. >..<

Our buys last week: Samsung 37" LCD TV $1999 (Harvey Norman) Freebies: 21" Samsung TV + Home Theatre system Warranty: 5 years Dunlopillo Sydney Firm Mattress $1699(Courts) Freebies: Bedframe + 2 pillows + 2 pillow protector + 1 mattress protector Warranty: 10 years Hubby is on a spree. Think he is tired of shopping around for deals. hahaha. We should be looking to get our sofa this week. We haven't gotten the defects rectifications done properly. All done up in a buay song way. Submitted another defect list to them online. Still waiting for reply. Everything is delayed becoz of HDB.

Hi applefreak, total siansation. I was hoping to get my reno done asap. but now..haiz...fellow neighbours have experience with the "efficiency" of the HDB rectifications.

Gotten my keys on the 11th Jan. Went over for "open house" ceremony. Greeted by alot of defects with the kitchen tiles and parquet skirting. Main door cracked & jammed,had to be forced open -__-" Even got a gaping hole between the wall and floor tiles in the shelter. Toilet door locks all jammed. So many potential insect nesting areas. Defect lists already submited, wonder when renovations could start. Really shoddy work done in premium flats. Photos to be up soon.

Hi guys, I found an ID which can do my kitchen n 2 toilets for ard 10k but i havent sign with him yet coz havent gotten my keys. Look for Steven from Substance Interior@Toa Payoh. Say Olivia recommend de. He is very patient and will try his best to fit your requirements within your budget. Of coz cannot be too overboard lah..haha... Hope that helps.
