thanks bunbun, u got a cozy house there too side track abit.. cos we choose an auspicious day for moving in which is on the 24th april, and i gotta move out the rental place on the 23th.. so my hb decided to indulge me to a villa stays at sentosa new hotel amara santuary, thanks me for running the whole project on our house.. quite nice.. like their outdoor bathe area.. and mini pool.. we gotta a very romantic nite like their lighting too.. me really crazy about lightings.. some pics here.. villa no. same as our house unit number!!

okok!! i will have decals also, for my stairwell area cos really too bare.. but still thinking wat pic to paste thou.. i think ur birdy decal also suit my house theme.. hehe.. really very nice! good choice. the cushion covers USD18 per pc. so after ship to SG, it about 130SGD for just 6 pcs of covers only.. *faint* cannot let my hb know, he sure kill me..

Yeah! i am back.. but quite disappointed on this trip cos nvr get lots from BKK. they are getting more and more ex and things quite common.. worst is i went on the hottest season in Bkk!! wanna to die lor.. no.. if is not becos of u, i wouldnt know actually JB got lotsa treasure too. after i explore more, i found they have more treasure then SG! ya ya.. the lights that i bot really suit our house.. so happy.. jia lat.. sorry dear, i only know it just next to a famous bak ku teh store.. my friend bot me there cos he wanna to eat the bak ku teh.. i try to ask for u if he know the address.. that store sells alot modern stuff. abit weird that they open in the middle of old store house.. thanks babe, just trying my best cos i really got no time to do up the place.. 24th this mth got to move in but the house is still super bare..

this is my stairwell light, also cheap cheap, only SGD50+ from SG. hidden air-con at the kitchen. i must say my ID done a good job so far. althou she is not the cheap one, but if she can do well and be patience to me and my hb (cos we travel alot) i think she is good.

don have lay... seriously i swear i ran thru whole SG liao.. this is the only one that i like for my kitchen mixer! and it really very neat, not bulky also.. i am so lucky i bump into the store when i having the Bak Ku Teh in JB.. they sell alot of nice decor also! definately going back again..

really like this dining light, cheap and nice. bot from JB, only SDG85! include energy saving bulk some more! thanks to bunbun.. likey my switches too.. total flat. very neat.. kitchen mixer also one of my fav! detachable on the head but not those commonly see kinda of mixer. user friendly too. from JB as well.. RM300++ but worth every penny. thanks dear!! hehe.. ya, that is the kitchen hood, haven official tear the plastic yet waiting for my hb to come back for the ceremony! it a total stainless steel look. like it too..

my dear, i think it is very ex for ur electrician! but did u re-locate the whole house electric?? cos i re-locate almost all my electric and added a few more was only charge approx 2000 only. not forgetting mine also 3 storey like urs, but ofcos ur sq ft bigger but also not that huge of the diff wat! ur ID must have taking cut again..

clementi huh?? holland near rite?? my rental place at leedon cos it only 3mins to my reno house, so it perfect for me. i can suka suka just drop in and see the progress of my reno. Holland quite a few going for short term rent cos alot going for enbloc. u can try la. i am paying 2800p/m for the whole unit, cos i got big barang barang from the old house la, so i cant find those small unit. Nice place here and is quite big 1650 sqft, all the owners got to shift out of their house at June 08. so one mth no problem for them one, u can try la. it a pity to enbloc this place thou..

cassette unit!! i like! initially i also looking at cassette unit but my ceiling got to drop quite a fair bit so i opt that out, cos my ceiling not that high.. I used to stay in Transit Road condo for about 1 n half year, near 38wang as well.. but i really cant take the travelling time, so i sold it after a yr and half. i lose quite lot of money cos it a brand new condo i bot last time.. haiz.. but have to agreed is serene and quiet place la.. esp the driving toward upp thomson rd.. sometime can see monkey!!

aww... ur 2 baby so cute they seem loving each other so much... i wanna to adopt another for my boy but i don think i can handle it.. btw. u can rent a place for one mth at those that already enbloc and waiting for developer to take over. i am staying at one rite now, cos my reno took about 3-4 mths to complete due to CNY. they normal don mind if u owns dogs cos it going to enbloc anyway. i already stayed at the rental place for almost 5mths already! they should be able to complete the reno 1st week of April but just now saw ur post mentioned the qing ming only ends at 5 may? !! den i guess we gonna stay till may.... happy 6mths anniversary to the rental place... my landlord must be d*** happy...

2001sqft is big! mine only 1600sqft 3 bathrms 3 rooms. is a condo?? i tot is landed.. look like landed to me. no no, i got another quote from another guy at 8800+ liao.. total 6units a/c 4 compressor, Daikin inverter 4 ticks for energy saving. i wouldnt say is cheap but i think quite reasonable.. i guess.. i am really too tired to source liao.. so i just let him do, urs should be more then me cos ur house bigger, if they charge u 8800 for all, then is cheap! it is so tiring to do reno, i don wish to do it again after this till we get another bigger house in furture (i hope..) enough liao.. will die one u know!! hehehe.. hi sophia, welcome to renotalk! ur house looks big! may i know how big is ur sq area in total?? 68k for reno to change so many things really quite a steal.. my house quite small but already paying like 60k plus for just reno exclude a/c n tiles.. all in all i guess with the white goods and funiture easily hit 100k.... haiz... everythings is so expensive nowadays.. i know.. i know.. i whined again for the reno cost.. but really very ex compare to last time i do reno.. so sad.. hehehe... cant wait to see ur transform!!
