Mrs Png, nice and colorful house! the colors u used so 'cute' i like colorful but my hb very 'lao gu tong' so our house wall literally all white.. btw, may i ask u is ur 24k reno cost include tiles material?? very good price! i was asking everyone how u guys can get cheap but house still look mei mei one?? my reno cost 60k but it seem like things that u guys do alot same as me lay.. how come mine so high?? kitchen cabinet, WIW, tiling for 3 toilets, hall tiling, false ceiling for 2 bedrooms and hall. customise front door and back door, glass door for 3 toilets,panel for between kitchen and hall, and some other little things that i cannot recall rite now.. but i think u also does most of them as well rite? but don understand how come the price so diff.. aiya, forget it la, do liao so just stay and be happy.. hehe.. jia lat, i whine at my blog then come to ur blog whine again.. i really lao liao.. hahahah.. but anyway, cosy house u got there.

Huh? so fast??? i tot i started earlier then u!! my very slow... but not their fault la, cos my hb kept flying and i very un decidesive and lazy.. hehe... so lotsa things got pending.. but i am really abit worn out liao.. so sometime anyhow buy and decide, in the end then realised that paid extra more.. haiz.. hate reno!! Anyway, abit of update la.. brick wall for the hall area and this is where i place my LCD on top of the brick, we decided to paint red. so when the lighting fix will have reflection on the white wall, so wouldnt be so boring.. actually i like it very much. thanks to my hb's creative juice.. we painted the maindoor white instead of brown, but ofcos not done yet la.. but inside white outside brown.. bo bien, cos got to be uniform with others. uncle and ah pehs having their tea break.

initially wanna a cassette type one, but my ceiling got to drop alot so i drop the idea instead of ceiling.. hehe i don understand why they always judge by HDB or private and location u stay to quote the price?? so unfair.. why? staying private can 'ka chai tao' izzit??? i am looking for inverter one, cos the ac in our house always run almost 24/7, even thou my house can be quite windy sometime.. not gua zhang, my hb scare of heat cos he used to travel to cold country for awhile, he really not use to SG weather, that i understand cos me too.. cant take heat.. so need to get those 4 ticks and inverter that can save electricity! Sg electric bill getting higher and higher i very scare... my bill always came out about 360 - 400 just for 2 of us!! really need to rob a bank liao.. but now i know how to save electricity liao, cos last time i always don off the main switch even i don use it. now i do, so hope will see the diff on the bill..

ya ya.. affortable and looks good! i don know get from where, i just tell my ID wat i like my toilet to look like, so she source it den i just paid, i abit bo chap cos really tiring to revamp the house.. i cannot make it liao, too much things to look after.. so normally i get the ID to choose, den she will ask me whether it is ok to go ahead. so far she did quite a good job. no lay.. so far the contractor nvr complain anything to me about the chip off tiles. u can do exchange rite?? cos not ur fault wat..

after a long wait for CNY to over, and flying here and there with my guy, just got back to SG not long.. finally the reno job kick start again.. my floor tiles in the lounge area has completed about 90%.. both of us decided to be 'Bold' a little bit this time and choose a color that not many ppls can accept.. but we thou, heck it! not nice do it again den.. life is short, must try everything.. but luckily, the result came out to be wat we like, and it blend very well with our orignal tudor main door.. phew.. thanks god.. anyway, this are some of the pic i took this morning. still in a mess, but it seem like everything are in order.. red tiles we decided to do without the grille, make the stairwell look spacious. not a very kids friendly house thou...

guys.. need advice here.. can i know it is true that i choose my tiles, lighting, home appliance like oven, stove and etc before my ID give me the drawing??? i confuse liao...
