Thanks...I tried with my small CRT TV too...dun have this problem...clear.. So I suspect it is due to the LCD TV especially with HD ready or Full-HD...cos my friend told me that to have clear picture, you need to fit in digital signal. Since the signal to the TV point is not digital signal, the LCD TV will not be able to project it clearly...Dun know true or not... Regards.

Hi, Can i ask you all something regarding the TV show? I bought a new sharp aqos TV. I find that the reception not good...the picture not so clear..especiallly channel 5 & 8...However, U channel are good... So, is it my TV or it is common problem for LCD TV? Thank you and Regards.

Hi, simpleboi & xlan, Thanks for confirming that....I thought something wrong with my flat or id...it seems it is a common problem. Actually, my id told me can do even or smoothing the wall...so that the unevenless is reduced. but cos he has already painted the whole house..too late to do it now....cos if I paid him to do the even/smoothing the wall now, I have to pay again for the painting of house...I dun want to pay so much..so let it go lor.. But I said him lor..how come dun early early advise me..so that I can ask him to do the even/smoothing before the painting of the whole house started? so that i dun have to pay another $$$ to paint the house again...*hiak*... You all get want I mean hor? (sorry for the bad english) Regards.

I cannot remember leh...cos my electrical points are up liao...only three switches are used as follow: 1. main ceiling area (above the bed) 2. outside the toilet 3. inside the toilet What is the fourth point huh? My id asked me to do one wall for the living room since I dun want to install mirror...it will cost me $800+...so exp for such a small area (cos minus off tv console area)...still thinking if I want to do...the reason that pull me back is the maintainabilty...worried about humililty..worry that the wallpaper will turn mouldy... still thinking...

I have a written confirmation from the HDB officer that the guidelines does not apply to our flats in Jalan Membina which do have service yard/private balcony. *heng ah*...at least I can show them the email if there is any dispute. This is the official reply: "Please refer to your recent email regarding the installation of grilles at service yard/private balcony (if any). The HDB approved grilles design refers to the installation only at service yard/private balcony. There is no service yard/private balcony provided for the new flats at Jalan Membina. Service yard/private balcony refer to the area where there are no windows provided. The installation of grilles behind the original windows does not require HDB approved grilles design. You can contact our staff at ................................................................................" Hope the information is useful. The reason why the HDB officers said that we must follow approved windows grill is because they don't know if our flats got service yard/private balcony. (they give keys to so many units in many different areas everyday) Hence, to play safe, they will ask you to follow the guideslines on the approved windows grill. Have a Blessed Christmas....

Hmm..I only do blum for all the drawers and doors for the kitchen cabinet. As for wardrobes in the three rooms, only the doors have...drawers in the wardrobe and tv console dun have.....cos it is not cheap to do the drawer...my id quote me $80 for each drawer for the slow motion... Actually, is it neccesary to do the drawers for the wardrobe and TV console huh? I dun find it necessary leh...If really necessary, is there any cheaper option? Can I just add something to the drawer track to have that effect? Anyone can advise me? Thank you.
