Hi, Has any one encountered this problem before - water droplets on parquet flooring! Its seems to be water condensation from the unit downstairs as they on the aircon at very low temperatures and like 24/7 ! Any way to prevent the water condensation ? We have bought a Novita dehumidifier but the sound of the dehumidifier is quite noisy. Shouldn't the developers insulate the floors such that these kinds of problem don't happen? Anyone familiar with insulation work which developers should do to prevent this kind of problems? TIA

I am interested to know too. Is it possble to use the planter area for storage of brooms etc after decking it - ie do a moveable decking? Thanks

We bought our condomium not through subsale and we actually informed them when we sign the option to purchase what are the changes that we want eg replacing an extra door in one of the rooms to a full height window and change the wall tiles of the toilets to brown colour. Subsequentlt the developer also called us during the construction whether we wanted to change the one of the sides of the toilet wall tiles to matt or shiny. But since floor tiles would be laid very early during the construction phase, I would suggest that you let them know asap.

Is it illegal or against any rules or regulation to remove the blast proof HSS door? Ours is just next to the living and dining room. Many of the IDs gave suggestions on how to hide the HSS door eg use a sliding or swing door to hide it. But 1 of the ID mentioned can just remove it and hide in the HSS behind some partition. Just wondering if it is illegal. Don't want to get . Please advice
