T5 tubing are smaller in diameter..the normal ones are T8... and therefore holder size are also smaller... Warm light comes in many different tones...check the colour code.. Try code 830..philips or osram..This warm light is the medium tone.. my uncle who is an electrician recommend it to me..but it is not readily available anywhere.. some will just tell u 827 also can...quite close mah...

You definitely need another compressor. Your current sys 3 is only cater for 3 units.. Living room has a much bigger floor area and therefore need a bigger BTU..inorder to cool down the area. If a smaller unit is used, your compressor will be working double hard to cool down the area and in turn incurred higher utilities bill. Im not sure of your current compressor BTU rating. there is a possibility of sacrificing a room unit for your living room unit. You need to check with the electrician or a/c man...can you add another compressor..I am not sure is it against HDB law or not..

I went for Daikin...My aircon man told us.. Mitsubishi parts are more EX than Daikin.. Aircon install directly abv the main door is not really adviceable, coz there is a gap that allows warm air to pass through and if your aircon is on @ that time..condensation will take place.. Since both BRs are next to each other, I went for back to back..One room will have trunkings that goes all the way to the a/c unit and to the other unit behind the wall..
