This looks like a normal water heater to me leh.. For me, it will be either storage heater (higher water pressure) if you are using rain shower. As the water pressure from instant heater/citygas heater will be not strong enough to support both toilets. Or simply install instant water heaters at both toilets. Just my two cents worth...

Mit Starmex and Mit Heavy Ind are different distributors. I have heard and read bad ratings on the latter. Even my a/c installer and during servicing, the person says it is better not to take. So i guess is best to avoid. Best are Daikin or Mit Starmex.

It is also for safeguarding your renovation stuff, anyone can just walk in and carry away your stuff. There are many cases.. I have read from this forum where ppl take delivery of their LCD TV during reno period and it was gone the next few days. So do take note not to take delivery of any of your furnitures or electronics appliances prior to handover. Those contractors are not responsible for them. Happy renovation and enjoy...

I currently have Singtel BPL Mio, Singtel Fixed residential line, Singnet Broadband and Starhub Cable TV. I do not have any problem... From what i know, cable is from starhub box and ADSL is from telephone line. Is the M1 promo ADSL or cable?? You did not state... If it is cable, then it shld not be a problem bah to have M1 cable and Singnet ADSL. As i heard M1 buys bandwidth from Starhub. So there shldn't be any reasons not to share??

Since you are renting out only the room, you can't monitor the utilities via the meter. The most is you can see the spike in the bill after the first month. If the person that you are renting to works in the morning and comes back in the evening. the most he on the a/c is during the night and weekends.. Usually the rental and utilities are bundle together. But you can tell the tenant that if he turn on the a/c almost all the time when he is back from work and during the weekends, you would consider upping the utilities. Just tell the tenant before you guys sign on the dot with the terms stated clearly.. My practise is i averaged out the latest 3 utilities bills and the difference from next month onwards will be borne by the tenant. The above is one way which you can consider or just factor in the utilities together (say $50 or $100). cheers...

Any Starhub Maxonline users on 8Mb plan and has their plan bump up to 16Mb? Have you experienced any improvement?? I can KIV whether to change to starhub when my contracts expires.. Since Singtel has not responded yet... many thanks...

not all stores (robinsons, Taka, courts, sealy and etc) carry the same models... They have their own models, so it is difficult to compare.. Go with your budget and most importantly, try the bed.. i mean sleep on it(turn left and right) and not sit on it..

(improve version of executive maisonette) - 1 with several types of internal layout 2 choose frm. Unit with lesser piece of wall, e unit price wil b much cheaper. Kinda contradict to ours. In normal cases such as ours, we gota spend a additional of $1-2K if wana hack wall & make good affected areas. - their sky-garden's level & their views r much better ours. Ya...ours is a guinea pig proj.. IMHO, our location is still so far the best...and the flat price also.. Those who take Dawson will be squeezed until dry dry lo... - izit? Looking 4ward 2.
