above 2k i went there at kilang branch yesterday. they are actually closed on mon-tue, but yesterday they are doing filming for home decor survivor, that's why i still can go in, lucky....if not then trip wasted. i like their sofas but unfortunately out of my budget. i agree with their service level, they have great service.

last sat i also went to interior design and furniture exhibition at singapore expo. seen 2 brands: maxcoil and dunlopillo, both promoted and recommended about latex mattress (not sure exact type). btw, any comment on Dunlopillo?

If during final inspection i spot some leakings on the toilet ceiling, should i get the seller to fix it or report to hdb? my concern is i may not be able to spot something (e.g. leakage) during final inspection, hence if only after completion then it's my responsibility. anyone experienced that before? thanks.
