Hi Ivy, recently got 1 fsm to audit my place, omg its terrible!! instead of the agreed 2 weeks, after several chasing, the report was finally given in the 5th week. And its only part of the report!! Goodness... Very unprofessional. Moreover, it delayed my whole renovation process. now i need to quickly get a 2nd opinion to play safe as I find the 1st fsm seem to be unprofessional.
