I'm using fanco for my living rm and master bed room. 4 years already still good. The only thing is mine is the wooden blade, I feel it's not very powerful. I would consider getting acrylic blades instead for my next purchase. Hopefully it would be better.

Hi guys my neighbour called town council this morning and they came to wash floor on my level. So if we want to have our place clean, we need to call them. Quite jialat really.....seems like if u want the job done u have to be niao......

The accounts person i spoke to say there is no notice of payment. Every month anytime within the month must pay thru AXS or their website, or go to Blk 125A Town council office to pay. Just now manage to get GIRO form from their office. One for my neighbour also. If u use AXS or credit card, must know ur reference number. I only found out from the reminder notice they sent me. I pay 52 dollars per month for 4 room.

Hi guys Received a letter from town council saying I have been fined for 3 dollars for not paying conservancy charges on time. Called up town council and they say they will not send any notice of payment; we must pay ourselves every month using AXS or credit card. For those new flat owners like me, pls remember to pay your conservancy charges..... BTW, my wife and I have problems deciding what to eat at Toa Payoh central liao....rather sianzzz.....any recommendations?

Could it be SPSERVICES estimated higher for the month of february becoz of CNY? My mother-in-law living in bishan also has her bill DOUBLED.

Hi guys, went to SPSERVICES at Toa Payoh Hub and show them my bill. The girl at the counter said it is weird too (a huge increase from janaury). I told them it is not just my unit affected. She said we have to report individually to spservices for this matter. Everyone affected can go down to spservices or give them a call to inform them. They will be sending a technician to my house soon.

Just now spoke to my neighbour who also from a 4 rm flat. He told me his electricity bill is 350!!!! He will be going to SP services to ask morrow. I have already emailed Sp services. I think all of us should feedback on the strange huge jump in our bills....

our bills also jumped from 60 to 140 can there be an error in the billing? I have emailed sp services liao.

hi guys better check your sinks/basins whether water go down too slowly/choked before starting renovation. today the plumber come and he dig out huge cement rocks from my Master Bedroom sink....think the workers anyhow pour cement into the sink and it choke...
