Tks.Now I'm trying to be my own contractor.call Iquartz to do worktop.$110pft.ask carpentry factory to do cabinet &wardrobe.call door suppliers to come to install all doors.juz look for one contractor to do toilets &living room.cannot stand those ppl ask for $170+for iquartz.and wat they do is juz to give a call to iquartz company.

This price is for $3.5psf homogeneous.

Usually contractor price not cheap.sometimes even higher than ID.for flooring,market price is $10-11.5psf.if the price too low.u need think twice b4 making decision.

So strange.i juz say out e tru.n all ppl got their rights to choose ID/contractor.we need to be careful when we select those who do Reno for our houses.

Also if we sign contract.means we agree all clause alr.Anyone got brain thinks can claim through CASE?even sue them in court.definitely we fail.

can check their facebook .got review posted by customers .like Liyun soh,then can c how terrible e company is. I don't now wats someboday's purpose to keep recommending this company.or juz self-promote?

The complaint u can search online.I was shocked actually when I read dat.And did u read their contract b4 signing with the company?

I contacted this guy missy recommended.his price v low I can say.bit his company got too much complaint,and terms and conditions of the contract frm this company so unreasonable.for example.all stuff/furnitures belong to the company b4 owners payment in full.which means if u want to hold last 5% payment,they can destroy everything u have paid alr.so crazy.also got other clause to 100% protect his company.one complaint says they delay the task for almost 1yr.coz their contract got delay of material is the acceptable reason to pause the work.my question is how we know it's the material prob not they purposely pause and go to another project coz of lack of manpower?

U also need read terms and conditions v careflly.that provided by some contractors /ID really unreasonable.

Jayjaytan.u may ask ur contractor to indicate everything.like size of wardrobe/cabinet.ABS trimming or not.Got PVC internal or not.wat colour.price including how many draws.electricity.how mich u be charged per point.supply material to lay tiles,the material include what material,must indicate.everything must be in black n white.I'm still studying on it .lol.
