Actually I do have recommendation for downlights as well, is call MAG LIT. I recently just engaged them through a friend, they a manufacturer for LED lights. They have wide variety selections of downlights as well as track lights and LED strips. The salespersons dont just sell you things abruptly, they will first understand your needs before recommending suitable lightings. I think they are newly establish company though..
