I have purchase a Condo in 2014, that was the worse decision I have made. I lost my job after that, my parent contracted chronic diseases. Can I appeal to HDB to allow me to buy a BTO, and sell off my Condo after I gotten my key for my BTO? I can only sell off my condo in 2018, and I really wish to start a family and hence, getting a BTO will be the most affordable way for me. Please advice.
