Jus hoping it's the same person being caught. Neighbours, try to take note if new recycle bags has been distributed to your household the day your shoes goes missing too.

Hello neighbours, Want to bring your alert to Shoes thief/thieves in our vicinity. I have had 2 pairs of shoes stolen from outside my door within a month. Anyone has same experience? Just tis week, a fren of mine staying in delta ave said a guy was caught red-handed by a neighbour. This guy was going around the block distributing recycle bags and at the same time, stealing shoes n putting in his recycle bag!!!!! Talk abt recycling. Now i wonder if the shoes thief in our area are the same person. So neighbours, beware. Dun leave yr favourite or expensive shoes outside.

For those getting Castle lock, hear my story. I did call the person installing the lock n price was abt $40 more then getting the lock from People's park. When I queried why so X, they said installation not as simple as i think. They will need to drill a screw onto my gate. So to save cost, I decided to do my own installation. But guess what? We almost had to get a locksmith to come open it up. Just 3 days after installing the lock, my mom was locked in. The lock refuse to bulge when the key was turned. After much trying, finally opened. So she got out thinking should be ok now. But jus to be sure, she lock it n open just to try again. And! The lock refused to bulge again. Jus imagine when she called me n said the lock cant open n she cant get in to the house. Luckily my bro whom is working nearby came to help her. After trying for a good 5 mins, the lock finally unlocked! Immediately that day, i dismantle the lock and went back to get it change. The uncle could only tell me maybe cos it's a good lock, it's rather sensitive to movement. (So maybe that's why the installer said need to drill screw onto the gate - to stable the lock). So once there's movement on the alignment, the lock will not release its "catch". In the end, I took his suggestion to change to another brand rather then take the risk of changing the same lock n getting locked in. Is it my luck? Cos i have seen many units using Castle lock... that's y i decided to buy that.

hi happy, sorry i didn't make it to see your house on sat. Totally forgotten abt it. No la. My new place is ceramic tiles.... no budget to do granite. I was the early few to collect keys for Blk 27B. From yr pic u took from blk 29, u must be nearer to the AH OR coffee shop side near to the centre lift? I am at the extreme end nearer to the bak kut teh side. Was staying on 3rd storey.

Currently, I m still able to receive clear signal fr RTM TV2 & TV3. I believe this means starhub has not turn on my unit rite? (If not wrong, RTM TV3 is under cable channel only). Xlan, do i hv to call starhub to come turn on? Or i jus hv to wait till it's my unit's turn?

lucky thing is they hv yet to remove away the wooden planks in the lift. N the stain is only on the planks. Can't imagine if it's on the lift floor..... the stain will be permanently there. Argh...

hi xlan, u had same problems before? Reception? Mine's the sound issue on specific channel Only. U apply for starhub cable? I hv no intention to get cable, so will the ppl come turn on? Hi KM & happy There is an existing doorbell point now. If u want yr doorbell to be powered by electricity, then u need to get yr electrician to install the doorbell for u. If jus want battery operated, then can jus buy one n get yr contractor to fix it up for u.

Hi happy, We have the same color tone for the living room! Bisque..but my white tone is sneaker white. My painter didn't plaster my walls... now i can see the uneven walls.
